[Resolved] Lenskart — Replacement of lens | |||
Dear team as I had brought lens from lenskart by visiting the store at Ahmedabad Gurukul road branch. As I had missed the left side pair of lens at the shop when I reached home suddenly I called up and informed at your store about the whole scenario that I had forgotten the left side pair of lens at the shop they said that there is no such a pair of the same and at the evening they called up and informed me that we had found your lens and we had taken it for an replacement but the person who assisted me is not picking up the phone so it's a request to you team that this is not the error from my side and hence I needed the replacement of lens as early as possible as I had face poor quality of service from lenskart also.
