Lenskart — report for eye testing was wrong

I purchased 2 pair of spectacles from lens kart and after 2 days went and told them i am not comfortable in it. They told use for a week more but after that also they did not respond to any complaints. After 2 months when i went for my annual checkup, doctor was shocked to see their reading. Now when i contacted the shop assistant, he told nothing can be done now its my mistake he said i must have cross checked long back immediately, means they dont trust their own staff.
This is about the shop in thane west maharashtra. Opp lok puram.
They are refusing replacement now.
