[Resolved] Lenskart — Wrong prescription given after eye checkup | |||
Last month I have purchased gold membership from lenskart store and booked an appointment at my nearest lenskart store. After getting my checkup done they gave me prescription through which I bought new glasses from another store. After getting the glasses we got to know that the prescription given by the store is completely different with higher reading which is totally different from my current eyesight. so we approached an eye doctor and once again got my checkup done and they told that prescription given by lenskart is totally wrong with higher readings. How can a reputed store which provides eye checkup can give such a wrong prescription. Was this information helpful? | |||
