I booked mu SBK on 11/22 from Delhi to Bangalore. I paid 27.5K as I was told that a) it will reach in 9 days b) most importantly the same container whihc picked up in Delhi will deliver in Bangalore...to ensure that safety of the bike (it is a 8 lacks bike). Till today (03/12) I have not received my bike. I was told by your Hyb staff that the consignment has reached Bangalore on 12/02. One Ramesh from Bangalore first tells me to pick up the bike from Hebbal when i called him. BTW: I received no calls from any Leo guys. I declined citing that I paid premium for home delivery, now he is taking me for a task. He says he does not have manpower and will see on Thu 04/12). On top of that in spite of my repeated requests and the request of the Delhi Manager, he aparentky has unloaded and bike to a smaller truck (God knows where the bike is). Please note - these bikes have exposed rubber pipes which have high propensity to get eaten by rodents. One such wire costs 12K. I work with a MNC who has Leo empaneled as our logictics partners. I promise and take a vow that I will do everything to ensure your guys are out!!! I am also trying to reach out to Mr Shah and let him know ground realities at this co. Dev [protected] Booking no. Damaged Goods On 11th feb 2012 my brother booked Honda Stunner bike (DL 3s bm 4614) with Helmet and my GR no. is 1239 that was from delhi to Bangalore. At the time of delievery they said it would be deliverd till 18 of feb but it did not deliverd on time. From 19th till 24th feb, everyday I called thrice in a day and they gave me different excuses. Finally I got on 24th feb around 6:30pm. when i Saw my bike, one side mirror was missing and another one was completely broken & my costly helmet was missing. If you check on my bill it clearly mention "bike with helmet" and above of that there was many scratches and Dent on tank, silencer and mudgaurd. I was highly disappointed and was suffered mentally and physically by there service. Still I am waiting for my remaining side mirror & Helmet. God know when it will come. I highly recommend to all of you NOT to use their service.

I want say that i had taken the services of Leo India Packing and shipping company and their office is in Zirakpur. I talked with jay yadav and set the date for my household shifting to Delhi. I also asked for insurance and he said Rs 3000 will be charged and you will be provided a insurance copy and after 1 or 2 days you will receive the original copy.
At the time of loading he gave me verbally the policy number and said insurance copy is not available but insisted for the copy and he said he will email me by the time i will reach delhi but till date i have not received any email nor the original copy. I called him so many time but he didin't accpt my calls. Some of my goods got damaged at the time o[censored]nloading. Later i confirmed the policy number form the insurance company and found that the policy number was fake.So i have nothing in my hand to claim insurance.
They are cheaters as jay yadav bring laptop along with him and showed so many recommendations at the time of booking but now i guess all are faked ones.
At the time o[censored]nloading the persons who came for unloading are so irresponsible as in my society there is rule that heavy goods to be go by stairs and not by lift which i told to jay yadav at the time of booking but the persons who came for unloading start arguing and abusing to my society persons which was quite embarrassing.
So i suggest not even think of hiring this packers jay yadav number is [protected] so do not get trapped to his soft spoken words as i got.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I, Buland Iqbal Singh, had sent my household items through Leo India Packing Co on 25th of Aug'11 and the company person Mr. Jaypee Yadav had committed me on mail and on phone that I will receive the consignment maximum by 30th of August and till date i.e. till 3rd of September, I have not yet received the consignment.

I have been continuously following up with company person in order to know the delivery date of the consignment, but out of more than 20 calls, the company person picks up a single call and that too he makes fake promises that I will get the material by today or by tomorrow.

I have already shifted to Mumbai and staying in hotel with my wife and spending 4000 rupees daily because I am helpless to do anything else. This harassment caused to me and my wife should be a cause of some strict punishment to the company either by freezing their license to operate business in the country forever or some other strict action.

Subject: Missing/Damaged Luggage Complaint

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have utilized the services offered by Leo Cargo Packers and Movers for a domestic transfer and storage of goods within Bangalore(consignment number KA - 04B773) and unfortunately have faced multiple issues; a list of the same is as below:

1. Even after a thorough inspection of the goods to be transferred, the executive failed to mention the complete charges for the services in the quotation(made on 18th May by Mr. Yadav - [protected]). I was only told about the extra relocation charges(~Rs.1500) when the goods were packed and loaded on 21st May.

2. Even after repeated reminders to deliver to goods to the mentioned address on Saturday, 11th Jun, the goods were delivered only on the afternoon of the next day i.e. Sunday, 12th Jun. Further, a charge of Rs.2000 was asked to be paid on the delivery. I was forcibly asked to pay the amount upfront or else the goods won't be unloaded.

3. On inspection of the received goods, I realized, one gas cylinder trolley was broken, one gas cylinder trolley was missing and most importantly the original double bed mattress had been replaced(the double bed mattress packed from the original location was in good condition and had the dimensions of 78" x 60" and the one delivered is torned with the dimensions of ~72" x 45"). While the delivering labour could see and agree that the mattress did not fit and had indeed been replaced, the supervisor in charge on the phone Mr. J P Sharma bluntly refused to accept the same. Finally, I was assured that executives from your end would check for the relevant mattress in the storage; however, I have not received any response from Leo Packers and Movers, in-fact executives have been ignoring my phone calls from the past many days.

4. The insurance of the goods for period of transportation mentions the value of the double bed mattress as Rs 3000/. However, the insurance policy was dubiously issued to have a minimum payout value of Rs.10,000 and hence I can't claim for the lost luggage in this case.

5. On repeated phone calls to their Bangalore and Delhi office(B'lore - [protected]/[protected], Delhi[protected]/[protected]), I was assured that only a sum of Rs. 1000/ would be compensated by Leo Cargo Packers and Movers and the same would be delivered to me in a couple of days. However, no communication has been done by their side in this regard and I am unable to contact them as my phone call is not answered.

The police won't register FIR in this case as there is no exact theft of goods and I can't figure out a way to get the compensation other than reaching out to the consumer court

I have paid this company 3000 on the date 10th April 2011 to deliver household goods to Mumbai. and they charged me more 4000 including insurance which i decided to pay at the time of delivery.and when i recieved the material.

I am following up with the company guys from last 4 days but they are not telling me where my material is ? and moreover they are cutting down the calls. if i ask they say We dont know and cant say "where it is and where its not"

I feel they have dumped my material or it got damage or lost thatswhy they not even telling me a single bit thing . Please tell me what to do .My cell no. is [protected]

Leo cargo packers and movers is the biggest fraud company. The cheats include mr. Rajkumar (Mob [protected]) , mr. Ishwar and mr. Kuldeep. Office at yesvantpur (They say) . I got verified, there is no such office.

The entire company runs on these 3 people. They use some 3rd party road transport company. They are duplicate of leo india and have broken all my materials when shifting from...

I have taken their service for transporting my house hold from Pune to Hyderabd. Along with transortation charges I paid for transportation Insurance.

While unloading, we fond that microwave oven is damaged in transportation. I constantly followed with the Hyderabad Branch Manager Mr. Vasudevan and every time I got false promises.

It has been more than 10 days still I have not received my oven. Neither do I know the status of the same.

I booked my personal luggage through Leo India Packers & Movers, Ahemdabad ( A/43, Suvidha Estate,Opp. JaipurGolden Tpt.,Ujala Circle,Sarkhej,Ahmedabad.) for Rawan ( Raipur)-Chhatisgarh on 19th July,2010.

I received my it items on 31st July,2010.

1. Airconditioner is missing.
2. 1 sack of rice of 50 KG. missing.
3. My new car cover is missing.
4. I found my items in a wet condition.
5. My crockeries were broken.
6. All cartoons were opened.
7. My kitchenutensils and cloths are missing.
8. All my furnitures are in a bad condition.
9. My motorcycle is totally broken.

I want strong criminal action against this company and its person Manoj Agrawal. I advise people not to deal with this company at all.

Freight service from Hyderabad to Chennai delivered a day later than promised thereby me and my family had to stay one more day in the hotel.

False promises that it will reach in 2 hours, 3 hours etc several times made me and my family wait at the location for a long time. This was a lot tiring and frustrating.

The unpacking people came after 8PM and did not complete the work till 12 midnight. Promised to be back the next day and didn't turn up. 75% of the unpacking done by us only. Whereas they insisted on payment by full at the time of packing and I had nothing to hold them to do any work.

Don't get fooled by any packers and movers who are asking for full payment before work. At least keep some substantial amount with you so that they complete the job responsibly.

Even after keeping a good relation with these people and having known people at a higher level did not help me. They mean business and nothing else. Very bad business.

I want to state that i gt my car delivered from the above said company based in gurgaon from delhi to pune.However once i received my car it was not in good state ,there were scratches and the petrol tank was empty.it had about 15-20 ltrs of petrol once i had given the car and even on checking the odometer the car had barely travelled 33km since the time i personally delivered the car at gurgaon.I contacted the company aand told them the story but there was no viable answer given to me and i was assured that they will get back to me but till date that has not happened.

So my aim of writing in this forum is that people like me do not suffer from this every day and some action is taken against the people involved in this act.

Hoping fr a reply.

I recently shifted to Bangalore and had my household articles moved through Leo Packers and Movers. Many of my things were damaged and broken, some of which they carried alongwith them saying they will reimburse me the money.

Also my daughter's new cycle costing around Rs.4000/- was not delivered to me. It is now more than one month I am following up with the Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Hyderabad claims department regarding this. They had promised me that they will reimburse me the money as the things were insured and i had paid them Rs.1500/- for insurance.

But now they are neither responding to my mails nor are calling me up nor have they paid me anything in this regard.

I want the matter sorted out.

I got my household shifted on 30th April 2009 from Delhi to Ghaziabad by LEO International Packers & Movers
(http://www.moverspackers.com/LeoIntlpackersmovers/). The work force was not professional and they left a lot of things unpacked saying that they are not suppose to unpack and place the contents of the cartons. Many
items got damaged.

I called up Mr Kaushik and subsequently my Surendra Sharma. They accepted the damage and initially promised me a compensation. Since the cooler was old and the mandir may also take less repair, I had asked for the compensation for at least the center table. But they have now started avoiding my calls and are even saying that I was suppose to take insurance from them. Initially I was told that any damages will be taken care by them and I was never told of any insurance at the time of booking.

Consequences : The following items got damaged:
1. Glass top of the center table.
2. Water Cooler (as it fall down when unloading because the faulty rope broke)
3. One Gold plated mandir set.

I recently relocated to Noida from Bangalore. I Paid a pretty hefty ammount for moving both my car and my household items. They asked me to pay for additional insurance on both car (3%) and household items (1%). They also took 100% payment at the time of loading.After reaching Noida first of all they did not deliver the car on time as promised. Then when they delivered the car it had lots of scrathces and paint removed from my brand new car. I did not sign the delivery receipt. They had mentioned that they woudl send a person to inspect my car. He came after a week and tells me that the scrathes were already present. Upon my insistance that at the time of loading teh documents given to me does not hav erthe scratches, He told me to give the car to him and he would get the scratches repaired. I told him that i am aonly going to get it serviced from an authorized dealer to which he declined.Later upon my insistance he has put a cap of rs 1000 towards rectifying the defects. I am yet to go the service station to get a quote. I warn everybody not to trust Leo packers.

I booked my housed hold goods from Navi Mumbai to Palakkad Kerala. I paid all the dues in advance.
The Truck was booked on direct delivery from my Residence from Navi Mumbai to Palakkad.
Without my knowledge the truck was taken to Mumbai (Thane). The goods were unloaded into another truck.
The packing was not made as per the agreed norms.
The goods got damaged in this process.
The company agreed to pay damages of goods Rs.5000/-.
Till date this amount has not been received.
Neither the money excess charged for wooden packing has been paid.

On 4th Dec 2007 - My house hold goods were packed and transported by truck to hyderabad and my maruti swift vxi by container truck separately. I paid up 23000 Rs. in cash to the MANJOJ AGARWAL ( Jaipal singh, Monu) .The owner is Roshanlal singh in ahmedabad. My complaints
1) Though I paid up for the insurance, they didn't pay this to insurance company.
2) Goods arrived two days late., that too they were dumped on the road...
