महोदय मैंने 30/08/2014 को माइक्रोमैक्स ऍ77 फोन बुक किया था तथा बैंक ड़ेविट कार्ड के द्वारा 999/- की राशि का भुगतान भी किया था, इसका मुझे ईमेल के द्वारा कन्फरमेशन भी आया था, मेरा बुकिंग न. LBM29087577 था । मैंने उनके कस्टमेयर केयर को फोन करके आगे हो रहे प्रोसेसिंग के बारे में जानकारी लेने की कोशिश की परंतु अनेको बार प्रयास करने के बाद सिर्फ एक फोन लगा तथा मुझे बताया गया की आपका एप्लीकेशन प्रोसेस हो रहा है तथा आपके पास 09/09/14 तक हमारा प्रतिनिधी आकर आपसे आगे की कार्यवाही पूरी करेगा ।, महोदय न तो उनका कोई सदस्य आगे की कार्यवाही के लिए मिला और न ही उनकी तरफ से कोई फोन करके कोई जानकारी दी गयी । लेकिन एक SMS मेरे फोन पर 09/09/14 को आया कि आपका एप्लीकेशन रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया है, मै तो यह जानना चाहता हूँ उन्होंने बिना किसी कार्यवाही या इंक्वायरी के मेरा बुकिंग रिजेक्ट क्यों कर दिया ? इससे तो यह लगता है कि यह पूरी तरह से फ्रॉ़ड/ठग कंपनी हे जो कि भोले भाने लोको को मंहगे मोबाईल के सपने दिखा कर उनसे उनका धन ठग रही है । अब उनसे मेरे पैसे वापस मिलने की कोई उम्मीद तो नहीं है लेकिन उस कंपनी के उपर कड़ी से कड़ी कार्यवाही होनी चाहिये, ।

i had placed on order of a apple mobile with online mobile shopping which is wwww.letsbuymobile.com. my order no. LBM17076766. as per their T&C they don't refund the amount you pay to them in spite of they gift you a branded wrist watch deliver at your place. but in my case they are neglecting and gving excuses to me. this happening since last one month. I am requesting you to help me.

Dear sir, I am writing this mail to you in reference to Order ID LBM13088668 where you have mentioned about supplying a watch in case my application fails. after few days you mailed me that my application was not granted but unfortunately, no refund from your part came after these many days. therefore I am requesting you to reply me as soon as possible or else I have to go for some legal actions against your website. I Amit Ranjan Mohanty, from Odisha, had order a mobile from the site Lets Buy Mobile, my order no is LBM18086272. after 10 days they send a sms i.e " Dear customer, We are unable to approve your application for Mobile on EMI at this time as your application doesnot match our credit policy criteria." My complian: 1.Why you are giving offer to buy mobile on EMI if you are cancelling the application. 2.Most people getting the victim of your site are those who dont have a credit card or are students. 3.If you canceling our application then why you will not return our money you took while applying. 4.Is this a site to sell your watch. 5.Why you are not mentioning in your site about the credit policy criteria of selection of the application. 6.I want my money back.

Sir I Kirtii Shekhar a victim of online shopping (www.letsbuymobile.com website which provide mobiles and tab of different company on EMI of 12 months without any income certificate) want to complain & also want to get my cash back from this cheated online shopping website i.e http://www.letsbuymobile.com/ . There are many such sites that tempt towards itself.I also a victim of it.But I checked the site throughly and fulfilled all the conditions applying for my order which i had placed on 30th july with a payment of 874Rs +125 (as coupon bucks).I placed an order of Samsung Tab on 30 july2014 from site www.letsbuymobile.com at EMI.My order id is LBM30079294 where They checked my id proof like Pan Card and I also paid my first installment cum processing fee Rs 999/- .They take 10 days for processing the order and delivering the item at my home, but it still not come, instead of that when I contacted them they said my order has been cancelled due to some credit point where as they are not providing any such information before payment of Rs. 999 after that when I requested for return my amount they said the cash will not get returned back. After hearing this when I said him to return my cash if the order is not placing but they did not give any response by their site.So i am requesting you to take a strong action against it as soon as possible and aware the people by this fake site. i order micromax handset through this company 25/7/2014 id no 25079757 and take 999 rupees online paymant for fee they assure me that my application is prosses and till evening you will receive confirmation and your product delivery within 2 days, urgent you will receive a phone untill my money is back my account
