[Resolved]  LG Dealer — LG Fraud Complaint

Hi,

This is regarding my complaint regarding LG fridge repair. A guy from LG company dealer came to our place whose name was Wasim for fridge repair.

He charged INR 4, 700 for fridge repair but still the fridge is not working. I called him next day and he said that your fridge is all repaired and please do not call me again. Since then his phone is switched offf and he had blocked all our numbers. He seems to be fraud person and also mentioned that there is 3 month warranty period.

I wasn't expecting such kind of service from this reputable company. I called customer service at this number [protected] multiple times and they either disconnect my call or asked me to call the technician from a different numbers.They had now blocked our numbers. This seems to be unauthorized group of fraud LG service center. Below are the details-
