[Resolved] LG Electronics — 4K Ultra HD panel

Dear Sir, I am facing issue with LG support. My 4K ultra HD TV panel has gone bad. I called up LG customer care and they ordered a panel. The panel looked used and not in good condition, . I was told by the technician that it was ordered from Korea and it is brand new. I did not accept it and the technician told me that he would order a new one and get it next day which is today. I called up just now he told that even the newly ordered panel is also not good and they will have to order a new one. On top of this the technician also damaged the HDMI port on my TV. So practically we cannot watch the TV. I am looking for some solution and wanted to escalate this issue to the higher management. Please look into it.

Updated by Sitanshu Nanavati It has been two weeks and still haven't received the panel. The person tried 3 times and all the times the panel was of poor finishing and bad quality.
On top of that the original panel which was showing only 2 lines has gone bad by LG service engineer. Who is responsible for that? I need to get compensation.
