LG Electronics — 65" led tv having problam

I have registered a complaint on 9/8/2025 vide ref no. RNP[protected]. based on that Mr. Pasupathy from Hosur had attended on Sunday 10/08/2025. Checked and informed that the Software needs to be updated with the pendrive. he will bring on monday 11/08/2025. he did not turned back and when I call him either he is not picking the call or disconnecting the call.

Problem in the TV is Automatically Energy saving, Aesthetic ratio and user guide menu is displaying on the screen and it is keep changing its own.

Today I called customer care. They said will remind.
