My washing machine is out of warranty and recently serviced from LG service.The drain motor was changed as well as the shock absorber.I had asked for a GST bill.But they refused to give stating GST bill will be given only if the bill amount is above 10k.I dont think its correct.Please let me know in details the right policy with LG....

I have registered a complaint on 9/8/2025 vide ref no. RNP[protected]. based on that Mr. Pasupathy from Hosur had attended on Sunday 10/08/2025. Checked and informed that the Software needs to be updated with the pendrive. he will bring on monday 11/08/2025. he did not turned back and when I call him either he is not picking the call or disconnecting the call.

I purchased an LG 27GN750 monitor in April 2021. In January 2024, LG replaced the screen panel under warranty. However, they did not disclose whether the part was new or refurbished, and no job sheet or paperwork was provided.

Post sales service is very poor. Earlier also I have faced such issues with Pai International.
Not sure, if such issues are going to the knowledge of the top management or not!...
