Service after placing amc

I purchased an LG 27GN750 monitor in April 2021. In January 2024, LG replaced the screen panel under warranty. However, they did not disclose whether the part was new or refurbished, and no job sheet or paperwork was provided.

defective lg ac cooling issue unresolved despite multiple complaints and payments

I am writing to raise a serious complaint about the poor after-sales service from the LG authorized service center located in Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam.

I purchased an LG refrigerator which came with a 10-year warranty on the compressor. Recently, it developed a cooling issue. The authorized service team inspected the unit and claimed it was a gas leakage problem. I paid around ₹3000 for service and transportation, and they refilled the gas.

However, the same issue reappeared within a short time. When I contacted the service center again, they asked me to bring it to their location. After further inspection, they have now told me they are unable to fix the refrigerator, without offering any refund or replacement — despite the valid warranty on the compressor.

This is highly unprofessional and unethical. The repeated failure and now refusal to service a product still under warranty is unacceptable.

I request LG to:
• Investigate the service center’s handling of this case,
• Provide a free repair or compressor replacement as per the warranty terms, or
• Offer a full refund or unit replacement if the product is unrepairable.

If LG does not resolve this urgently, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

    I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding an LG refrigerator that was delivered to me in a damaged condition. As a valued customer, I am highly disappointed with the quality control process and the lack of accountability in handling such situations.
    Despite following standard purchase procedures, I received a product that does not meet LG's expected standards of reliability and quality. I have already documented the damage thoroughly and attempted to resolve this through standard support channels, but the response has been unsatisfactory.
    Given LG's reputation for excellence, I expect immediate action to address this matter, including:
    - A prompt replacement of the damaged unit or a full refund without further delays.

        We ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator from Pai International, Kalyan Nagar Branch. Initially, we were given false promises about the delivery timeline. Despite constant follow-ups, we received fake tracking updates, and the refrigerator was delivered late.

        Upon inspection, the refrigerator was faulty, with issues in door closure. Our concerns were ignored until we escalated the matter to Meena Pai, the MD, and other senior members. Even after this, we were unjustly charged twice for the delivery of the same product.

        It is evident that no quality check was performed, and the product was blindly delivered to us. This is a blatant breach of trust and a waste of our time and efforts.

        We demand immediate resolution of this issue and a refund of the unjust delivery charges.

          It has been days since I lodge my complain for my lg front load washing machine for installation and repair. Every time call lg custoumer care there is huge lack of co ordination between them one lg reprentatibe says somthing other says something just opposite like a disorganized sector. Or they are fooling the custoumer through this strategy. If after paying 41k on lg product and getting cheated and old generation extremly low quality service, i'll suggest others to not buy lg product and go through unwanted pain which im going through now. Lg on service part is worst performing company compair to other companies.

            I called for servicing to LG service centre through call centre number[protected] on 6th September and they sent their men on 8th September. They charged me Rs. 8500 for the same considering Rs. 3000 for copper tube and Rs. 5500 for Gas refill. Now within 15 days the problem has recurred. The mail issue is AC not giving us any cooling. It is because of Leakage. But I dont know what kind o[censored]ntrained, unprofessional service engineer has been appointed where they could not identify exact problem and even after spending so much money problem still persisting and now when I am calling the service engineer for last 7 days there is no response. I want my AC to be rectified on immediate basis without any additional charge or refund of the complete Rs. 8500 which I had paid of Cosmos.

              We had purchased LG Washing machine on 26/Sept /2022 the washing machine came with 2 YEARS warranty. On 06th August 2024, there was issue with the washing machine. On 13th August we raised a complaint to LG, After 24 hours, LG sent an SMS that their technician will come and visit to repair it The complaint number RNP[protected] .
              The technician came and after visiting informed that the DISPLAY PCB needs to be replaced. After few days, I called him again to ask him when would the part be replaced. I was informed that the DISPLAY PCB is not available all over india and might take week or more to get it. Now, we purchased the washing machine so that the chores of washing can be automated, but LG does not seem to be bothered about it. As an electronics company, they should be keeping well stocked for the spares of machines that are within the warranty period, Now more than a week has been spent on just waiting for the Spare to come. Also we are sending clothes to local Laundry to wash the same, that is another extra expense. As a responsible electronics company, LG should keep spares for washing machine which is 2 year old, at least their Warranty is for 2 years, after that they are apparently supposed to support the Washing machine with spares for 5 years at least.

              Due to this situation, as a customer, I feel cheated by LG by offering Warranty without really keeping spares to support that warranty, thus causing us extra expense and inconvenience. IF LG cannot have the spares, then I would ask through you that LG replace this machine with a NEW WASHING MACHINE with spares available for the next 3 years at least. The idea being that if they cannot provide spares/support for machine within the official 2 years, I dont expect them to provide better service during the extended period of warranty when the spare production would be much lower a people purchase new machines and spares are made to support newer models.

              LG is supposed to support the machine with spares for 5 years, but they are failing to even support it for 2 years. As a customer we cannot be expected to wait for months for LG to bring spares which they are supposed to keep in stocks. The Technician informed that this part fails regularly, thus LG should have kept spares in excess for part that fails regularly.
