[Resolved] LG Electronics — AC installation not done
Purchased a new ac and the installation has not been done till date. It has already been 4 days since the purchase and no one is responding properly. I had the idea about the worst customer support by lg but had no other option. The authorized service center people are very rude and not responding properly. Simply sitting and eating is what they comfort the most. This comes under essential service but what is the company doing keeping such kind of staff. There are thousands of jobless people outside who are desperate to earn money but these people don't see that. I understand that there is pandemic going on but you can't always give that excuse for everything and simply sit back. Learn to live with it, and if given an opportunity to help people with your work, don't lay back. See how lucky you are to atleast have a job that pay's you but also understand the reason why you are being paid and justify fir it.
