It is very unfaith activity from your side to customer. I kashi nath chatterjee bought a split ac on 6.06.2014, all though i gave advanced 17000/- on 18.05.2014, it is very unfortunate that your ac delevered from your house, which was diffective, when your worker instaling the machine they said that the ac has manufacturing defect, due to this it is not working. Now till today there is no rresponse from your end. As a good customer i paild all kind of fees and changers. But the valu of money till today i am not geting. Now i bound to say that as a reputed company how you take money from your customer without proper service. And i am not ready to take this ac machine. So immedeatly change the machine and instal withing 24 hours, other wise i will make a panerty change through ligal way against you. Hope you wil ttake it very carefully and necessery action will be very soon.
