Last year on 15th May'13 I bought a Split AC (LSA5AR3M) S No - 304PAZQ053885. On 16th May'14 I registered a call for dismantle of my AC as we have to move some other place, next day LG Representative came to do the same and gave us his Ct No for Re installation also, next day on 18th May'14 I called him to re install the AC, they charged Rs3200/- from us for Re installation and assured us that the re installation is done and everything is perfect but after a week I found that the whole GAS of my AC was leaked out, and when I called LG customer care about the same they said there would be a charge of Rs2500/- for GAS Refilling and for any complaint they provided me the Area manager (Pooja Mathur) Contact No which was Switched off.
Request you to look into this and resolve the issue ASAP without any further delay otherwise i have to go consumer court.
