I purchased bluetooth speaker from lg in last nov end 18. But the product stopped working in 6-7 months only. I submitted request in lg to check the project as it was under warranty. LG personal came said that it will be replaced withing 25 days. From oct starting m trying to replace it but every time they cancel my request. I've given them invoice copy model no. Slip etc but they have cancelled the request. Now expiry will get expired. Very pathetic service.
