This is with reference to Service Request No. RNA[protected] opened by me on 2nd May 2014.
On 9th May 2014 your Uttam Nagar region Delhi Service center (Sharp Services) fradulently closed my complaint by giving the remark - Customer not contactable despite both my numbers available with the service center being switched on all the time and working. This is sheer cheating by Lg's service team as they are aware that my AMC for the said product expires on 10th May 2014 and they simply want to delay the complaint to take it out of AMC period.
I have reopened the same complaint today i.e. 9th May 2014 again itself vide service request no. RNA[protected]. Kindly ensure that same is attended to within my AMC.
