[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Complaint againt City AirCool : LG

Hello, We had registered for an AC cleaning service on 8th May and on 10th May one of the person from the LG franchise in Gaziabad - City Air Cool came and we also got the AMC done worth Rs-2054. On 10th May our AC started giving less cooling, we filed a complaint and there started the unfortunate journey. The technician came and said it was gas leakage. On 4th June 2014 the AC was taken and after infinite calls we got the AC after 2 days. Again after running it for 3-4 hours, there was a leakage of gas. Again after infinite calls the AC was picked on 15th June and now after one week we are struggling to have it back. Each day we get to hear today u will get it in the day, then evening and then next day. I guess this is all fraud agaencies and they are making fool of customers. We call at LG customer care and they give us new numbers everyday to call, are we supposed to back track these people despite making the necessary payment. Its 22nd today we are still calling the agency people with no solution. We got a number of the agencies head - Pooja Mathur also but after escalating to her also there is no response. We are damn frustrated, hoping to get a solution from here. The complaint number is - RNA[protected] If we will not get a solution we will file a police complaint. Abhishek Mishra - [protected]
