It is indeed shameful that the personnel at authorized service centre, LGElectronics India Pvt Ltd, D No. 47 -11-20/3 1st lane Dwarakanagar, choose to respond so carelessly when contacted over phone (landline no.[protected] to register a complaint for troubleshooting a fault in my washing machine. First they ask me to call helpline number. Unfortunately the response from there was almost nil, in that the call was kept waiting for nearly 8 minutes without any response. This happened twice. When I contacted the landline again to inform the same, the receiver was slammed down even as I was talking. Today business is all about attending to customers ASAP and being polite with them. Why then was such a treatment meted out to me? I hope this is taken up by the concerned authorities seriously and necessary action be initiated against such callous employees. Wish the company with a brand name such as LG provides appropriate grooming to its employees so that it's reputation is not damaged.

    I ask for the service of my five AC through your toll free number, my service number was RNA[protected] .The took out one of my window Ac, after seeing it he said that the Ac compressor is not working . He said that the new compressor will cost around 12000 . After he left I called another technician who just service the AC & it started working.You can ask your people to visit my house &see the condition of my Ac .Secondly the technician also service my two split AC, which was in a running condition .After the service the AC cooling effect come down. The name of the technician was Mr Juggal Kishorei.I am very sorry to say that he was very rude to my family, He wanted to make money by changing the compressor .LG product are very good, & it's service was even better then the product.I am very much disappointed by the service & the people working as technician .Please take note of my complain .

      I bought a LG home theatre system worth Rs. 28, 000 from Croma in April 2014. The product was delivered to me the next day and installation happened on the same day. No demo was provided to me regarding the features and applications of the product. After 15 days o[censored]sing the product, I came to know that it even has FM as well. When I tried to listen to FM there was no signal. I called up LG care and lodged a complaint. The engineer visited next day and after inspecting the problem he said that he does not know how to resolve this and promised to bring his senior next day. But they did not turn up. I called up LG care again. An engineer came again and said that we need a long antenna cable to take it to the balcony. I said I will get the cable but you will have to come here and do the cabling. The engineer did not come again. I called up LG care again and one engineer called me and asked to arrange for a desktop antenna. I refused for that. For last 10 days, 5-6 engineers called me to ask about the problem but did not visit my home. Yesterday finally the service head of Gurgaon Sector 14 branch visited my home and inspected my product and said the product is ok but there is signal problem and we need to take the antenna to the room of my apartment. He said that my speakers are not mounted in a proper way which there engineers mounted. He asked me to get 70-80 feet of wire and said that they will help me install it. I received call from Sector 14 branch head today saying that FM is not their responsibility. My Question: 1. If FM on my mobile is working at the same place why not LG. That means there is some defect in the product. 2. LG does not have technically skilled service engineers. 3. Customer service within the warranty period that too for a premium product of the section. What I need: 1. Proper demo of the product showing me all applications and features 2. Engineer to fix my FM problem. I will get the wire only. 3. I do not need help but complete service to get my problem resolved Shehnaaz Rahman [protected]

        I registered a complaint for my micro oven (RNA[protected] and for AC(RNA[protected] on 8th June 2014. Toll free customer care center always mention that there will be a call back within 24 hrs. But there is no call back even after 4 days. I do not understand where to contact. They have given a zonal service center no. in Noida region, that number is always switched off. Can any higher official give any answers why it is a one way communication always and how I can resolve my issue?         I am glad to mention that both of my complaints micro oven (RNA[protected] and for AC(RNA[protected] have been attended by LG service engineers Mr. Deepak and Mr. Harmender Chauhan successfully. Micro oven problem is identified and service engineer will replace the component.

          LG Electronics is not providing services under warranty or under AMC. I have 1.5 ton window AC and 1.5 ton inverter AC. Whenever I log compliant they are not bothered to respond. They come after 5-6 days just do time pass and go back without solving the issue. If i call on customer care they suggest to talk local repair center. Repair center people do not entertain any complaints gives silly reasons and disconnect call. I log RNA[protected] RNA[protected] on customer care for which issue not resolved till now. LG engineers visited 1-2 times after so many request and say that AC was not installed properly and asking money for repair even though AC is recently purchased and installed. AC is yet not repaired and from customer care to repair center no body is listening or entertaining my complaints. Regards, Alok [protected]

            i m Raj K Singh
            called LG customer care on 16/5/2014 and complain about my LG window AC which was & ( is ) not working.
            got complain no.RNA[protected] again i called on 20/5/2014. in between i
            called LG Service centre SASARAM no.was given by lg india
            on 20/5/14 technician/mechanic came & change some parts but Ac was
            not working then he told FAN OR CAPACITOR also to be changed but at
            present we don't have it will take 3-4days. even AC was not working i
            paid Approx Rs-2650/
            After 4days i called SASARAM LG Service centre 25/5/14 then on 26/5
            & 30/5/14. On 31/5/14 they told part will come on 3/6/2014 some
            person will come on 4/6/14 no one came again i called on 5/6/14 they
            replied we got parts required some one will come on 6/6/14. no one came.
            Today on 7/6/14 again i called LG Customer care regarding same i was
            surprise to know that my previous complain no. was cancelled reason
            given by SASARAM LG service centre was that service of AC was done
            before by some non LG professional
            which is not true.
            But i[censored] have some this kind of issue & cancelled that complain then
            why LG service centre Sasaram people came & changed parts collected
            money ...and service centre shoud be in every distric ...i[censored] can't
            provide service please don't sell products.. on 7/6 i got other complain
            no.RNA[protected] but still no response
            DON'T PAY MONEY TO SERVICE PROVIDER I[censored]R PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING NOW I HAVE LEARN THIS...

              Dear Sir, We have procured 39 Nos of LG 1.5T AC's on 28/10/2013. (15 Split & 24 Window AC'S) A service request was logged on 30/04/2014 for servicing 39 Nos of AC'S. (Request number RNA[protected]. Without even an visit to site for servicing the same message is being sent for call satisfaction survey. Again online complaint has been register Again on 03/06/2014 after waiting for the whole day in your telephonic call queue for more than 5 hrs with more than 7 attempts of disconnection and connection of calls a new service request was raised. RNA[protected] & RNA[protected]. No progress for the same as of now even after 2 days. No one from LG Customer care or service center is helping us out sir. Please note we have purchased 71 No of AC'S for our HPCL Location. Can you please help us by advising the concerned accordingly in getting the below mentioned AC'S serviced which is under warranty.                 We took the LG air conditioner from deep kamal electronics, , ahmedabad . Ph no [protected] and [protected] dated 2nd June 2014. Invoice no 546 and suppliers reference no 9352. The service engineer came and installed it on 6th June. After that the drain pipe is leaked and the water is coming out from AC .. We are making a regular phone call to the service proper but not getting the proper reply. Still we waiting for the complaint to get resolved. Also we made the customer complain at call centre with the ref no. [protected]. Also no action has been taken till date. Pl look into the same at the earliest.                   Sir, Refer our complaint made on 02.06.2014 reg service for split AC. A technician having Mobile [protected] visited on 03.06.2014 and told that the AC require gas charging. He also promised that the Gas charging technician will visit on the next day. Inspite of numerous reminders no person has turned up. I have made repeated calls but no use. Then finally I was told to contact One Mr Prabakar, Ph[protected]. I have made several calls to this gentleman. But he neither answers the phone or has called back. Frustrated, I have once again made a complaint through web and the details are given below. I fail to understand why there is enormous delay in attending to a simple problem? Is this your company's way of Making Our LIFE GOOD?For your info, When I encountered a similar problem with Indian company ONIDA they rectified the same in 6 Hours.                     It is very unfaith activity from your side to customer. I kashi nath chatterjee bought a split ac on 6.06.2014, all though i gave advanced 17000/- on 18.05.2014, it is very unfortunate that your ac delevered from your house, which was diffective, when your worker instaling the machine they said that the ac has manufacturing defect, due to this it is not working. Now till today there is no rresponse from your end. As a good customer i paild all kind of fees and changers. But the valu of money till today i am not geting. Now i bound to say that as a reputed company how you take money from your customer without proper service. And i am not ready to take this ac machine. So immedeatly change the machine and instal withing 24 hours, other wise i will make a panerty change through ligal way against you. Hope you wil ttake it very carefully and necessery action will be very soon.

                        I bought a LG AC 2 years back - LSA5MR3T. It stopped working 2 weeks back and started flashing CH 10 on the LCD display. I tried reaching [protected] repeatedly but was not able to reach customer support for Air Conditioners. I directly contacted the LG Best customer service in 9th cross street, Anna Nagar, Chengalpattu - 603001. The technician visited my place and inspected the AC- 26th May 2014.It took him 1 week to get the spare - a PCB - 31 May 2014. It did not solve the problem as the blower motor was the actual cause.It took 1 more week to get the blower motor - 7th June 2014. An AC motor was ordered wrongly instead of a DC motor. It is already 2 weeks since the problem started. It is frustrating to see my 1 year old son struggle to sleep with no AC in the hot summer. It is a shame that LG serves its customers so badly. I am clueless when the spare part will arrive and whether it will solve the problem.

                        Why is LG customer service so pathetic?
                        Is a spare not available for a repair even after 3 weeks?
                        I want a replacement of my AC which I bought with my hard earned money if I cant repair it.
                        Otherwise LG should advertise that LG AC will work only for 1 year and no repairs are possible after that.
                        LG is misleading people.

                        This is totally bad. My contact is [protected]
                        One of the worst customer service experience that I have faced in my life.
                        Even after 1 whole month, my LG Air conditioner is not serviced yet.

                        The unacceptable answer from LG customer care is that the spares are not available for my AC!
                        I am seriously thinking of filing a legal case against LG.
                        Will service request RNA[protected] ever be serviced????????????????

                          Hi I bought a Microwave Oven 3 year back. It got faulty 1 1/2 years back. Service technician visited and informed that PCB got failed and asked 50% of the product value for replacement. But the LCD display is working. If PCB failed there shall not be any display. I am following with LG customer service and there is no proper response because I have denied to accept their quotation for service and also I asked Root Cause Analysis.                             I have bought LG LED LS5700 TV from Essential Electronics, PANJIM Goa, in September
                            2012. After using 17 months it started giving me problem. It began to get restarted automatically, even if I remove battery from remote problem did not solved. Before this Problem I have contacted LG to give me extended warranty just after completing my 12 months warranty period, but they always postponed saying Warranty forms are not available, and after 5 months it began to restart itself. After facing this problem I have contacted LG to repair my TV at my cost but that also they did not able to do. Past 2 months they are not able to find out the actual defect in my TV. The engineer came and replaced the Power Supply Board even doing that did not solve the problem. Then he replaced the Main Board but then he found that our main board is in working condition and his replacement was defective since his main board was not giving audio output. So presently, he has detached capacitive touch pad from motherboard on trial base solution to know if that is the issue since they never keep any spare parts in stock to replace the touch pad. Because of which I cannot use my TV remote control which means cannot use TV to see photos or movie through pen drive etc. However, since last 8 days he has not brought the capacitive touch pad part and still he has no confidence if my TV is repaired he says we are still checking your TV and we cannot do your extended warranty. Please help me to find out as what is the issue with my TV? Why it restart itself? Is the work done by engineer is standard procedure and authenticate or just temporary Fix? I mean I was expecting an expertise service who can pin point the problem and solve it rather than solving it by trial and error basis for last 3 months? Expected quick service from brand like LG and for spending INR 70000 for the TV which I think justifies my expectation. Is there any way I can use legal support to sue LG or the Service Center or the retailer for selling me a defective TV, Not extending Warranty (Postponed) and delay in service repair, since I incurred losses on DTH connection for last 2 months and now cannot use TV remote and all other functions depend on remote e.g. Internet, pen drive, DVD player etc.

                            Any kind of help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

                            Forgot to mention the complain number RNA:[protected], which was registered on date 14/04/2014. This registered complain was even delayed. However, if now I call the LG toll free number they says this complained number is canceled without resolving the issue, I found it strange that how can a complain can be cancelled without resolving? I mean is there any control by LG senior managers on their Staff? I think they canceled it to protect themselves for not solving the complain in stipulated time, which even I experienced in my initial installation time where they strangely cancel the complain themselves without even approaching customer. In my conversation to LG Customer care they told me to personally contact local head name Vasu, I did that but of no use, he failed completely to help me and he does not seems to provide any help. Then LG customer care escalation Team then connected me to Hubli Head name Arun, he assured me he will check the matter personally and solve the problem but this assurance was almost 25 days back. And now if I contact him on his office number his subordinate always tell me he his in meeting and he will contact me later, which he never does.

                              DearSir/Madam,
                              I bought Smart TV on 10-May-2014at Dubai and brought to India for Use. It has got LG International Warranty with India Support Toll free number[protected].
                              From day one, ‘Smart TV function Premium Content not working but LG is committed for LG International support and Warranty with India toll free indicated….all useless…no solution and no support.
                              It is big flaw in the LG system that this product is soldunder International Support but the same not able to support from INDIA (other country).
                              My Hard earned money is wasted as this is just normal TV ………..NOT SMART TV because of LG’s Own System Fault and Country access issue.
                              This is very serious matter and LG need to provide solutionto the valuable customer….as I have invested my money in LG product or elsearrange to return the money as you are not able to support Internationally.
                              MATTER TOP URGENT…..HIGH PRIORITY.

                                This is to bring into your kind notice that I Akhil Shrivastava purchased a LCD monitor of LG electronics on 6th march 2013. Since last 3 months It has not been working properly as going black out from bottom and I can not see the task bar at all, with more time It went black from right and left side as well.
                                I talked to customer care in the last week of march 2014 and they sent a engineer at my home to solve the issue but He said that due to water got entered in it and it doesnt come under warrantee as well. He was so genius that without even touching the set he find the reason.
                                I again complained to the customer care but after committing No body bothered to know even about my issue. I called to local service centre but got no proper answer but the straight answer that bring the set here and it ll be charged as water got entered. Till date no body has even touched the LCD but every LG person know the reason behind it.
                                In the first week of may I again talked to customer care executive then He gave me the number of Ms. Mamta ([protected]-LG employee) when I talked to him regarding my problem, She gave me a new number of Mr. Avinash ([protected]- LG employee). I talked to Mr Avinash and sent some live pictures of my LCD on whatsapp. I waited for almost a week to got the reply from Mr. Avinsh but eventually i had to make a call Mr. Avinash but again i got the same lame excuse of water accident (I wonder when did I use my PC while taking bath). He said go to local service centre and got it checked if its due to water we can not do any thing else we ll solve the case.
                                I do not know how You ll test the water in it and you would say anything and i ll have to accept this.

                                My LCD is in warantee period and I ll not go to any irritating local centre. the company should solve my issue asap else i ll bring the LCD to your head office of LG electronics and call the media as well and then break the set in to small small parts.

                                I hope before that "Consumer grievance" ll solve my case. i really do not want to talk Lg electronics.
                                It has been more than 4 months My LCD is not working.

                                I have talked to every body possible to solve my issue, LGE persons are just avoiding me and not trying to help me, They have just stated one line solution that its water accident so we cant help it, there is no such thing ever happened as per the best of my knowledge.
                                I have also the image which LGE sent me showing that its water mark but there is no such thing, they have just made a box and idicating that.

                                Your local concerned persons (Mr. Avinash Algiwale) are just sending me the report of some body else's LCD. i have been suffering from this since last 3 months.
                                I have already filed the case in district consumer forum. Kindly repair my LCD free of cost as its in warranty period else I will raised this to the higher level court as much as possible.

                                Dear Concern/ LGE

                                The customer care persons are just sending me the report of some body else's TFT showing me that its i=mine, I am attaching the mail which I received from Avinash Algiwale in which the trail is showing this.
                                Apart from that saying that local service centre owner and engg visited the site but only 2 engg which were not even authorised came to my home to check the TFT.
                                Mr Avinash Algiwale is a liar and always send fake reports and picture to fool the consumers. He always tries to avoid the person at the same time and always give lame excuses.
                                Since last sunday he has been committing me for engg visit and every evening I am reminding him but till now there is no such visit. He also made me to come at local service centre on sunday, saying that It will be open but it was closed, when I called him he asked me to come again after 2-3 hours. this all happened after 4-5 complaints and he him self called me requested me to come on sunday as i was about to file the case in consumer court. After waiting for 3 days yesterday I filed the case.

                                Kindly repair my TFT asap in free of cost as it is in warranty period else I will got to the higher level as much as possible.

                                  I reported a problem with my mobile phone 2 months ago on LG Direct service center at edappalli, Cochin. The problem was that when my phone is automatically locked after screen timeout it will not get unlocked. They were unable to identify the problem and replaced all parts one by one. The replaced board was not having the IMIE number and the sticker behind the board was missing. They are now saying that the cannot accept the device without the sticker. I don't know what to do, I am attaching my email conversation with service engineer Mr Mahesh with this.

                                  I don't know why you are not replying to me, Either you are completely ignoring your customer or not checking
                                  your official mail account. Am very disappointed on this. You took 2 days to identify the problem on my device
                                  by replacing each and every parts. After all you gave the phone on which the IMIE was corrupted. As I cant
                                  make calls I forced to resubmit the device to you. You checked the phone and said that the IMIE sticker
                                  behind the phone is missing and you cannot accept the device without the sticker. I don't know where its gone

                                  there or not while receiving the phone after repairing.
                                  Then you gave me an IMIE number and asked to duplicate the sticker. How can I duplicate something which

                                    I have purchased LED Smart TV Model No. 32LW5700. I have done the AMC and the TV covered the AMC suddenly display of TV not working then I have lodged the complaint to LG number of time and following are the complaint I have lodged. 1) RNA[protected]/05/2014 2) RNA[protected]/05/2014 3) RNA[protected]/05/2014 And I spoke to number of time to customer care and service centre executive Mr. Madhav - [protected] and Rakesh - [protected] They are not able to answer even a customer care executive also not answer=.                                       This is mohammad jeelan from chennai from past 2 months we are facing the issues with LG Customer service.

                                      For servicing Lg people are sending for non authorised persons for repairs and they are providing the duplicate bills.

                                      one time they have sent one authorised person from LG then we came to know that the bills which we have are duplicate.

                                      Process which we are doing for complaint is

                                      1.We are dailing the customer care number of LG[protected].

                                      2.They will take the complaint and they are assigning the people who are unauthorised and they will tell us that people will reach your address in 2 to 3 days.

                                      3.Like wise we have lodged so many times but no use.

                                      we have lost 10, 000 because of the improper service.

                                      Once we piad the amount for unauthorised persons they issued duplicate bills and if any problem comes agian then they are saying that they will come and check.But when we are getting the problem we will try to contact the persons then they will send to other guys who will be authorised/unauthorised they will again ask the amount to repair.

                                      Two weaks back they have taken our LG AC to the workshop they repaired it and they have taken amount for gass filling in advance. Now they are telling that for gass filling they will come in 24 hrs or 48 hrs.but today is 17th day they did not come yet.

                                      Please help us we are fed up with this LG service.

                                        I had purchased one Micro oven at the end of 2009 of model MC 8089 LTR amounting Rs. 13000/-. Due to not running of the machine, in the last year I have changed the transformer, magnatron amounting Rs.2500 from LG service. Since purchase of the said microven I am calling the company service very often, Due to problem of the m/c I had logged a complain vide no. RNA[protected]. While visiting the LG service it was found that PCB is not working. Then LG suggest to retrurn the mocroven to the company & they return only Rs.1700/- of 85% depreciation ( Where the formula they got is still unknown). Now I an asking within four years how a product spares is out of market. It is simply to make public foolish.By returning a nominal amount LG return back his product where I had spent Rs. 2500/- last year. Once a product sell a spare must be available from company service at least 10 years. I, would therefore requesting to take the matter immediately & solve accordingly other wise I will go legal action against your company.
