From the very beginning after purchase of Nexus 5 I am facing the problem of sound. During call, the mobile sound works well on speaker but without speaker the sound quality is worse. I went to the Service centre, they changed a hardware 2 times but still the problem remains. I am getting frustated with the performance. Someone please help me out.     I have a LG semi automatic washing machine, for which I had reported complaints several times, three it has been serviced but not satisfactory any time, though paid the charges all the three times ( Serviced by Lovely the service Engineer). Now again the same problem has occurred as last time few parts where even changed, but again the same problem we are facing i.e spin tub not working. Now I had logged a complaint on 16/6/2014 but till now it has not been attended, when we called that service Engineer Lovely on his mob [protected], first of all he spoke very rudely, and when asked when he is coming he clearly denied that he don't had the complaint with him. Then I asked him about his senior number he just gave a land line number [protected] to contact, when called there one lady asked about all the incident, and when I incited her to connect to the seniors over there, she connected to Mr Raminder, to whom I detailed all the case. He told he will arrange some other engineer for the visit, and when I asked for the Mail id for marking a complaint against Lovely he first clearly denied to give the mail id, then again on inciting he gave his personal id, when I asked about his official id he clearly said NO, and when I asked for the customer care ID to launch a complaint he told me to search on my own, he is unaware about that. How it can be that the employee of LG are unaware about the customer care ID or they don't want to give it to people . I am highly disappointed by the pathetic behaviour of Engineer or their seniors even. Need immediate action. Regards Devinder Thukral Mob [protected]

      Hi I bought a new split ac from a lg dealer (v-mart) in Nellore district, just one week after installation water is coming into my room I complained to the dealer but there is no response from him no service person has turned up till now it has been one month since installation i tried calling lg customer care ([protected]) atleast at least 20 times but they are not even picking up. I never expected such a bad service by lg, I don't know where to give a complaint and what to do with the ac. Please never but lg products.

        I am using all LG products - double door refrigerator, Microwave oven, and Washing machine. On June 8th, we booked a fridge for our friend, against full cash payment in LG outlet, Anna Nagar, Chennai. They asked four days to get the grey color we had opted for. No response till Thursday and when we called they said they had two holidays and so couldn't deliver. Then they delivered on Friday, and said installation would take 24 hours. We waited till Saturday evening and they didn't even call. When we called they said it will take another 24 hours. When we insisted that it was already a week, they said its easier to install by ourselves. After shouting at them, they said that the person would come by 11 am on Sunday. Again we waited and no damn technician turned up. So we left for lunch by 1 pm and the guy called. We asked to come by 4 but he refused.so, our fridge is still uninstalled! And all this for opting LG showroom without going to a retailer. I shall never ever go for an LG product again neither will I recommend one.

          I m Anand Kumar residing at Faridabad. I had called LG customer care on 09/6/2014 and complain about my LG Plasma TV which was not working. I got complain no.RNA[protected]. LG technician came on 13/06/14 & change part then but TV was not working then he told some other parts also to be changed but at present we don't have it will take 3-4days. 8-9 days spent after my complain but still my LG Plasma TV is not working. I contacted Manoj Chauhan (cell no.-[protected]) & Jitendra (cell no.-[protected]) many a times but every time they was making some excuses. Shame on your service.

            Dear Sir,

            I am LG customer using your products - double door refrigerator
            (GL 305VT5, Dated[protected], Microwave oven (MC-7880PSR, Dated[protected],
            Washing machine (WD-80490, Dated 9-06-09) and 32 inch LED TV. I have registered
            a service complaint for the product 32” LED TV due to damage of display panel
            by my child on[protected] and gets registered. Your Customer service department
            informed that the above TV cannot be serviceable due to the stopping of that
            model. The above said TV was purchased only on[protected] with 3 years and 5
            months old. I don’t know, if a new product had been stopped within 3 and ½ year
            means, what is the fate of the product and also be the customer. So, please do
            some fruit full steps to repair or to change my TV at the earliest possible.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you in regard to the problem which I am facing with my LG refrigerator (Model No. GL-4060MQ_ASIQEBN (IN)) for the past more than 10 days now. We registered a complaint with LG Help Line number on 5th June, 2014 with Request No.[protected]. On 7th June an engineer came to our home to check the refrigerator and told us that problem is with compressor and it needs to be replaced. He also gave us an estimated cost of replacement of compressor to Rs. 6000 and told us that it needs to be carried away for repairs to our service centre. On the same day 7th June, refrigerator was taken to the service centre. On 12th June in the morning we received a call from the service centre that refrigerator has been repaired and they are dispatching it from service centre. We received it at 12 noon on same day. At 3:00 PM we switched on the refrigerator and to our surprise it did not started cooling, seems nothing was fixed. Immediately we called at the service centre to complain and they sent an engineer to check at 4:00 PM. He checked the refrigerator and informed that this needs to be checked by another engineer. Since then we are trying to contact service centre everyday but they are not bothering our requests. As you can see the weather condition these days are extremely hot and living without refrigerator in a family is a major issue. So, I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action as early as possible. Waiting for an early resolution to our genuine concern. On very first day of its installation I penned down my remarks on the job sheet in respect of the low cooling, but no cognizance was taken of those remarks. My subsequent complaint with the customer care and to Mr. Mukesh Gulati via mail resulted in the visit of an engineer. But he emphasized on getting the signatures for customer satisfaction on the job sheet. He succeeded and got the initials of my wife on the job sheet despite the fact tahe the low cooling persisted. The temperature set was never attained by the fridge departments, though he measured the same using thermometer. I reported the matter immediately to Mr Mukesh Gulati via mail but all in vain. On my follow up I got a call from Prime service center that the issues would be brought to the notice of higher authorities and I would be appraised accordingly. But this unethical and unprofessional company has not taken any action till now. Kindly intervene into the matter so that I may be put into any further hardship.                   I bought a lg l90 dual on 11th of this month (11/06/2014) and it has been giving me problems. I went to the service center in secunderabad and that guy tells me "why did you buy an lg phone".

                  I went to the head service center at panjagutta and told them they are not willing to give me a doa letter. I have 6 videos to prove that my touch is not working and there are dead pixels on my screen, the service people are not listening to me and saying give the phone for service. It is lg's policy to change the phone within 7 days of purchase. I have videos i showed them to the manager but again they dont listen.

                  If this is the service of your lg service center then i regret buying a lg phone and will pass on this message to my friends also.

                  Also if i dont get a proper response i will start posting the videos online

                    I am Lakshmi from Visakhapatmam I have trying to contact the complaint register cell for the past 2 hours and have been calling the numbers displayed in the website ' LG Electronics' customer care complaints. The one person who answered says that this is a wrong display...and as for the other numbers there is simply no response. God help me!! I am frustrated with the poor management of LG Electronics

                      It is indeed shameful that the personnel at authorized service centre, LGElectronics India Pvt Ltd, D No. 47 -11-20/3 1st lane Dwarakanagar, choose to respond so carelessly when contacted over phone (landline no.[protected] to register a complaint for troubleshooting a fault in my washing machine. First they ask me to call helpline number. Unfortunately the response from there was almost nil, in that the call was kept waiting for nearly 8 minutes without any response. This happened twice. When I contacted the landline again to inform the same, the receiver was slammed down even as I was talking. Today business is all about attending to customers ASAP and being polite with them. Why then was such a treatment meted out to me? I hope this is taken up by the concerned authorities seriously and necessary action be initiated against such callous employees. Wish the company with a brand name such as LG provides appropriate grooming to its employees so that it's reputation is not damaged.

                        I ask for the service of my five AC through your toll free number, my service number was RNA[protected] .The took out one of my window Ac, after seeing it he said that the Ac compressor is not working . He said that the new compressor will cost around 12000 . After he left I called another technician who just service the AC & it started working.You can ask your people to visit my house &see the condition of my Ac .Secondly the technician also service my two split AC, which was in a running condition .After the service the AC cooling effect come down. The name of the technician was Mr Juggal Kishorei.I am very sorry to say that he was very rude to my family, He wanted to make money by changing the compressor .LG product are very good, & it's service was even better then the product.I am very much disappointed by the service & the people working as technician .Please take note of my complain .

                          I bought a LG home theatre system worth Rs. 28, 000 from Croma in April 2014. The product was delivered to me the next day and installation happened on the same day. No demo was provided to me regarding the features and applications of the product. After 15 days o[censored]sing the product, I came to know that it even has FM as well. When I tried to listen to FM there was no signal. I called up LG care and lodged a complaint. The engineer visited next day and after inspecting the problem he said that he does not know how to resolve this and promised to bring his senior next day. But they did not turn up. I called up LG care again. An engineer came again and said that we need a long antenna cable to take it to the balcony. I said I will get the cable but you will have to come here and do the cabling. The engineer did not come again. I called up LG care again and one engineer called me and asked to arrange for a desktop antenna. I refused for that. For last 10 days, 5-6 engineers called me to ask about the problem but did not visit my home. Yesterday finally the service head of Gurgaon Sector 14 branch visited my home and inspected my product and said the product is ok but there is signal problem and we need to take the antenna to the room of my apartment. He said that my speakers are not mounted in a proper way which there engineers mounted. He asked me to get 70-80 feet of wire and said that they will help me install it. I received call from Sector 14 branch head today saying that FM is not their responsibility. My Question: 1. If FM on my mobile is working at the same place why not LG. That means there is some defect in the product. 2. LG does not have technically skilled service engineers. 3. Customer service within the warranty period that too for a premium product of the section. What I need: 1. Proper demo of the product showing me all applications and features 2. Engineer to fix my FM problem. I will get the wire only. 3. I do not need help but complete service to get my problem resolved Shehnaaz Rahman [protected]

                            I registered a complaint for my micro oven (RNA[protected] and for AC(RNA[protected] on 8th June 2014. Toll free customer care center always mention that there will be a call back within 24 hrs. But there is no call back even after 4 days. I do not understand where to contact. They have given a zonal service center no. in Noida region, that number is always switched off. Can any higher official give any answers why it is a one way communication always and how I can resolve my issue?                             I am glad to mention that both of my complaints micro oven (RNA[protected] and for AC(RNA[protected] have been attended by LG service engineers Mr. Deepak and Mr. Harmender Chauhan successfully. Micro oven problem is identified and service engineer will replace the component.

                              LG Electronics is not providing services under warranty or under AMC. I have 1.5 ton window AC and 1.5 ton inverter AC. Whenever I log compliant they are not bothered to respond. They come after 5-6 days just do time pass and go back without solving the issue. If i call on customer care they suggest to talk local repair center. Repair center people do not entertain any complaints gives silly reasons and disconnect call. I log RNA[protected] RNA[protected] on customer care for which issue not resolved till now. LG engineers visited 1-2 times after so many request and say that AC was not installed properly and asking money for repair even though AC is recently purchased and installed. AC is yet not repaired and from customer care to repair center no body is listening or entertaining my complaints. Regards, Alok [protected]

                                After 4days i called SASARAM LG Service centre 25/5/14 then on 26/5
                                & 30/5/14. On 31/5/14 they told part will come on 3/6/2014 some
                                person will come on 4/6/14 no one came again i called on 5/6/14 they
                                replied we got parts required some one will come on 6/6/14. no one came.
                                Today on 7/6/14 again i called LG Customer care regarding same i was
                                surprise to know that my previous complain no. was cancelled reason
                                given by SASARAM LG service centre was that service of AC was done
                                before by some non LG professional
                                which is not true.
                                But i[censored] have some this kind of issue & cancelled that complain then
                                why LG service centre Sasaram people came & changed parts collected
                                money ...and service centre shoud be in every distric ...i[censored] can't
                                provide service please don't sell products.. on 7/6 i got other complain
                                no.RNA[protected] but still no response
                                DON'T PAY MONEY TO SERVICE PROVIDER I[censored]R PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING NOW I HAVE LEARN THIS...

                                  Dear Sir, We have procured 39 Nos of LG 1.5T AC's on 28/10/2013. (15 Split & 24 Window AC'S) A service request was logged on 30/04/2014 for servicing 39 Nos of AC'S. (Request number RNA[protected]. Without even an visit to site for servicing the same message is being sent for call satisfaction survey. Again online complaint has been register Again on 03/06/2014 after waiting for the whole day in your telephonic call queue for more than 5 hrs with more than 7 attempts of disconnection and connection of calls a new service request was raised. RNA[protected] & RNA[protected]. No progress for the same as of now even after 2 days. No one from LG Customer care or service center is helping us out sir. Please note we have purchased 71 No of AC'S for our HPCL Location. Can you please help us by advising the concerned accordingly in getting the below mentioned AC'S serviced which is under warranty.                                     We took the LG air conditioner from deep kamal electronics, , ahmedabad . Ph no [protected] and [protected] dated 2nd June 2014. Invoice no 546 and suppliers reference no 9352. The service engineer came and installed it on 6th June. After that the drain pipe is leaked and the water is coming out from AC .. We are making a regular phone call to the service proper but not getting the proper reply. Still we waiting for the complaint to get resolved. Also we made the customer complain at call centre with the ref no. [protected]. Also no action has been taken till date. Pl look into the same at the earliest.                                       Sir, Refer our complaint made on 02.06.2014 reg service for split AC. A technician having Mobile [protected] visited on 03.06.2014 and told that the AC require gas charging. He also promised that the Gas charging technician will visit on the next day. Inspite of numerous reminders no person has turned up. I have made repeated calls but no use. Then finally I was told to contact One Mr Prabakar, Ph[protected]. I have made several calls to this gentleman. But he neither answers the phone or has called back. Frustrated, I have once again made a complaint through web and the details are given below. I fail to understand why there is enormous delay in attending to a simple problem? Is this your company's way of Making Our LIFE GOOD?For your info, When I encountered a similar problem with Indian company ONIDA they rectified the same in 6 Hours.                                         It is very unfaith activity from your side to customer. I kashi nath chatterjee bought a split ac on 6.06.2014, all though i gave advanced 17000/- on 18.05.2014, it is very unfortunate that your ac delevered from your house, which was diffective, when your worker instaling the machine they said that the ac has manufacturing defect, due to this it is not working. Now till today there is no rresponse from your end. As a good customer i paild all kind of fees and changers. But the valu of money till today i am not geting. Now i bound to say that as a reputed company how you take money from your customer without proper service. And i am not ready to take this ac machine. So immedeatly change the machine and instal withing 24 hours, other wise i will make a panerty change through ligal way against you. Hope you wil ttake it very carefully and necessery action will be very soon.
