Dear sir/madam,
I sumit kumar residing at ara, bhojpur, bihar want to state that I have a complaint against harassment, misbehave and abuse by your esteemed company LG in lieu of service request of a washing machine repair.
Recently on 5 aug 2023, I booked a service for my washing machine and on 6 aug 2023 they came to my house for the same purpose. After checking the washing machine they replaced a faulty inlet valve with one of their ordinary inlet valves, saying that these are original LG parts and for this he will charge 2400 hundred. At that time I trusted the LG and agreed to the replacemt of the same and its charge. But that part also turned out to be faulty and the technician went away saying that he would come tomorrow with a different one. And for this he demanded service charge for that day without correcting the same, for which I refused, then he started arguing and misbehaving with me. Finally he left and did not come for 2 days, after which I was unhappy with the service and put a request to cancel the service. After which the technician and LG service manager of Ara called me and started arguing, misbehaving and abusing me, Which is very shameful for such a big reputed company like LG.
I have been using many LG electric appliances in my house for years. I have trusted LG and its service for years. But this time I am deeply hurt by this act of LG. In this era of competition, instead of considering the customer as God, LG harasses and abuses its customer in the form of service, which is very shameful. Was this information helpful? |
