My LG ThinkQ 687 litre fridge is not getting cool since 25h May, , I registered a request for visting and chrck what was wrong with my fridge, the technician visited and said problem with compressor need to change, , today 16th June NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO MY REQUEST NOR ANSWRING MY CALLS, , WHENEVER CALLED CUSTOMER CARE I JUST GET SORRY REPLY AND WE WILL LOOK INTO THIS, , TODAY I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT THROUGH LG CSR Mr.Prashant VCP[protected], , Hope A Company Like LG will be more responsible and senseable towards its customer for post sale service, , and do not trouble customers as they are troubling me, , since last 3 weeks am unable to use the fridge, , hope you understand and at least now address my issue and resolve it.Lastly didn't expect such pathetic service standards from a company like LG.
