LG Electronics — Defective fridge was delivered to me | |||
I have purchased a new LG double door refrigerator from “RAJ MUSICO” Shop No-19 A-B, Sadar Bazaar, Saudagar Lines, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282001 on 23rd may 2015. But the refrigerator was defective and was confirmed by the service engineer on 26th may. I am still using facing the issue and it has not been resolved. I have been delivered with a defective product and nothing has been done from the customer care side. I am an unsatisfied customer and will update the same to others as well if my issue has not been resolved. I need refund back or a replacement as soon as possible. Right now we are not able to use the new refrigerator in this high temperature and heat. What is the point of buying a refrigerator. If the faulty product was delivered then it should be replaced their and then only.
