I purchased an LG air conditioner in 2022. Since then, I’ve been facing recurring issues with cooling. Last year I raised a complaint and the technician performed jet cleaning, but the problem was never resolved. This year again, I raised a complaint on 9th June 2025 (Request No: RNP[protected], Escalation No: VCP[protected].
First technician said it was due to dirt and did jet cleaning. Cooling didn't improve. Second technician claimed gas issue, refilled it — still no improvement. I paid twice for services but the issue persists. When I recently spoke to another technician, he said that since two others couldn’t resolve it, he might also not be able to help. I have call recordings and payment proofs to support this.
Despite repeated follow-ups and calls to the service center, there is no proper response or resolution. This is unacceptable especially during peak summer season. I strongly believe I was sold a defective unit.
Relief Sought:
Immediate resolution of the issue or replacement of the unit.
Refund of the service charges paid unnecessarily.
Strict action against the service center for negligence and poor response.
