LG Electronics — delay and negligence in lg refrigerator service (rnp[protected]

I raised a refrigerator service request with LG (RNP[protected] on 29th May 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, no technician has visited in over 7 days. The local service center keeps giving false promises and has stopped responding. In the first visit, I was charged ₹1, 200, but the issue was not resolved. Now the service team is completely non-responsive. The delay is causing great inconvenience in peak summer. Despite escalation (VCP[protected]_01), no action has been taken. I request urgent intervention and resolution.
