[Resolved] LG Electronics — Delay in After sales repair/ Not providing service | |||
Have bought LG Refrigerator Model Number LG (GL-M472GNSL) 5 months before from frontier electronics Dehradun. On 22/9/2016 the refrigerator stop working. We Lodged the complain in LG service center Dehradun next the executive came and told that power panel needs to be replaced which is out of stck in their center and part will come from noida which will take another 2-3 days but 1 week has passed, service center executive is giving excuses that 1) Noida people forgot to courier your part in this lot. 2) Your part will come from jaipur they will courier us. 3) Sir courier had been done but still we are checking the status. I would like to inform LG that in my family there are 3 old-age people and their medicine ( Insulin ) are kept in refrigerator each time they are going to neighborhood house and keeping their medicine. Being the loyal Customer to LG now we are fedup with the nuisance from service center and going to National Consumer Forum Court for asking the compensation for such lame excuses and not providing service on time.
