Complaint: Heavy white patches on all the vessels in the 12th month after purchase and my ss vessels are starting to rust for the first time in the machine.

Reason for delay: Lethargic handling of the complaint and raised it to the wrong location and updated the ticket status as the customer didn't respond to the phone call which is a lie
Service person: Knowledge level is not so high. He's taking someone in call and doing an online service & he's unable to fix the problem. So he started changing the machine salt setting to a higher level, when I asked "do you have a reason for this change" no answer. At least do you have a TDS meter, answer is no. And w/o my approval he changed the setting and ran over from the place. Now the machine is asking 1kg salt for every 4 wash and most of my dishes got rusted now.

When I bought the machine, Croma store people told me that the machine is imported and if there any issue, full m/c will be replaced. Now people are trying to get the service training from the machine in the field.

Today also I called customer care and the response is zero - no one made a callback.
It is always a hell to talk with the nonsense customer care people - who are junk of computer-printed messages.

I'm completely disappointed with the machine and the service quality.
Not interested in any service anymore. Most of my utensils got completely rusted because of your machine.
Please take the machine back and refund my money along with the cost of the utensils.

Sorry, Jan 12 2022 your senior technician came and accepted that the service made on the earlier attempt by the LG service engineer ( changing machine salt setting) is completely wrong.

And today he has accepted that white patches or red rust issues are not solvable from a service point of view. So I requested him to keep the ticket open and inform the same to your head office that no solution available for the customer issue and suggest a refund. So he simply left the place.

I’m awaiting a solution from your side?

A machine that has performed best in the past 10months is performing at its worst level in the 12th month and the service engineer has no proper reason for the issue cause. This shows that LG is testing the product on the ground. When I bought this machine from the Croma store they told me this machine is imported and can’t be serviced in India. If any issue occurs LG will try to replace the machine and they will not try to service it in India.

I need a one-stop solution for this - please take the machine back and refund the money along with the cost of damaged utensils

3rd senior technician cam with same mindset of telling issues on end user. He want to use a auto mode than turbo. He also told machine is only for european countries. Since users asked LG as given then machine in India & LG has not done any testing for india. Rather auto mode turned a IE error continuously and wash performance no improvement.

Your service engineers are very worst they have only 3 theories with them and nothing on their heads / no tools / no parts / don't know how to what to check in the machine.
An one of the worst fellow is their ASM/Antony who is teaching wrong things to these service engineer & so adamant & egoistic - he not even accepting maching is having an issue & keeping the issue with him not escalating to next level. When i ask for a feedback he is giving feedback to escalation team that, he's the only deciding authority & he will not accept the machine faults. This complaint is running more than 1.5 months.

No proper response from this ASM fellow, rather he's giving rude feedback to the escalation team & poor escalation team is following their stupid boss words.

Whether this is a reputed LG company or runned by local gundas?

Can anyone provide me any sort of solution, where no one hears customer issue?
