My ac is giving trouble. I had lodged a complaint on line also. Yesterday two technician came to my house but could not put the problem to an end, rather it has been increased. I telephoned to mobile no[protected] on a number of times but without response. Then i sent sms but no reply. Then telephoned to no[protected] who had responded but no action.

As a senior citizen, we become upset at such attitude of your service centre.

Please take immediate action.
