It is very disheartening to see the extent of lg service failure here in goa.
It has been one month i am complaining about my fridge which is not cooling properly.
But to my displeasure the problem hasn't been corrected yet. I have complaint four times and each time your incompetent engineers come and give all sorts of explanation about the problem and its solutions. But nothing seems to be working.
First time they said it is a compressor problem which needs to be corrected at the service centre. And i paid rs 1400/- for the transport charges. And they send a bill of service of rs 600/- (Nothing explained on the service contents on bill), when asked what was done for servicing they have no answers. It also started giving a disturbing sound after that. I definitely think they have screwed up my fridge. And also i got the fridge in a damaged condition.
Total loot of consumers time and money
In the second complaint when i found about from the technician about the problem of defrosting, i would want to know if this was the case during the first servicing then why was the fridge taken for servicing. Total failure of the technicians.
And 3rd time again the same problem and now fourth complaint was registered on 21st august, 2018. Till now no one has attended. People are total causal and incompetent.
In this frustrating ordeal we have been facing losses everyday due to non functioning of the fridge. Everyday our food items are getting spoilt.
I demand lg gives me a new product or get the problem corrected as fast as possible.
I would never recommend lg products to anyone else nor i will also go for a lg product.
