Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to formally lodge a complaint against LG Electronics and its assigned service center Universal Telecom Traders for failing to address my service request raised on Tuesday at 2:09 PM. Despite 2 days passing, no technician has visited nor any resolution provided.
On Day 2, a technician named Sanjeev (+91 [protected]) contacted me at 12:01 PM. I clearly informed him that he may visit anytime except between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, as I would not be at home.
Shockingly, he called at 1:37 PM—deliberately close to the restricted window—and insisted on visiting immediately. Upon reminding him of the time constraint, he argued and behaved unprofessionally, eventually promising to return post 3:00 PM. However, he never turned up, and there has been no follow-up since.
This experience has caused mental distress and inconvenience due to LG’s lack of accountability and service ethics. I demand:
Immediate action against the technician and the service center.
A technician visit scheduled without further delay.
Compensation or explanation from LG for this negligence.
