LG Electronics — Fake Claim of Rat Away Technology

I am Naresh Kumar Jain, an authorized dealer of LG products for both retail and wholesale. I would like to bring to your attention a serious concern raised by one of my customers regarding the Rat Away Technology feature promoted by LG.

The customer has alleged that the brand’s claim regarding the effectiveness of the Rat Away Technology is misleading, as their appliance has recently suffered internal damage caused by rats. They are demanding either a complete repair of the product or a full refund, failing which they have stated their intention to file an official complaint against both LG (the brand) and me (the seller), citing deceptive advertising.
