I am not sure if this is going to help but I thought I would try this route. My endeavor started with LG with a mobile phone. That phone worked for one year and failed. Within one year, I had to repair it once. Interim, I purchased, Microwave, Refrigerator, and Washing M/C. My refrigerator and washing machine is down. Refrigerator is down for last one month and LG customer care hardly care about it. Two times two specialist came but couldn't repair it. Now I am waiting for the parts for last one week. I had talked to customer care many times and every time they have registered my complaint on priority basis. I need to understand what priority means for LG. Then I talked to Ms. Sarika Bhosle in Pune. I had Mr. Pravin first time and then Mr. Anil second time to fix it. Mr. Pravin didn't even bother to take our calls afterwards and Mr. Anil showed his helplessness to get the parts and fixed the refrigerator.
Life is certainly not Good.
