Hi, Further to my two previous complaint which were registered on 29th April and 2nd April, 2014. I am still facing a problem of frost deposition in my freezer. There was no resolution provided to my previous request. Henceforth, I expect a urgent resolution to my problem by LG or else I would have to go through different communication channel.
