We have purchased an led tv from nandilath g mart from kochi and they have arranged a technician onsite for installation. We were shocked to see 2 engineers who dressed very un-professional and they were very rude at the very beginning they have asked us the place to install and we have showed them they said they cant install there they can only install where they show us and we were socked to see this kind of rude attitude we said we have paid money for this and we will decide where to fix. They said then you find some one else and they even shouted at us infront of all our family members and they left the house these are criminals and we wanted to know how a reputed company like lg can send this kind of gangsters to our house for installation we need an answer from you on this asap or else we are going to approach consumer court we are not going to leave this
