I am an owner of several lg products including an lcd tv, refrigerator, washing machine & a home theater.
I am highly disappointed with the quality of the product & the service provided for the home theater.
The blu ray player is not working & is not recognizing any blu rays/ dvds. The same was looked at 4 times by lg technicians who have shown the most lackadaisical and uncaring approach towards resolving the issue.
The technician has taken around 4 months to look at this issue and has not visited even after repeated phone calls. The last visit for nearly 2 months back.
I am seriously aggrieved, hence am writing to you. Further to this, my lcd tv, which is under amc, is constantly turning off & on. The same has been fixed quite a few times, but the problem seems to be recurring.
In case it's not possible for the lg technical team to solve the continuing problem, i shall have to look for support from consumer court to help me fix the same.
Further, i don't think i shall be considering any lg products in the future. Was this information helpful? |
