[Resolved] LG Electronics — Installation delay

The LG showroom on Hyderabad is making me wait for the 3rd day today. They keep delaying saying on 1-2 hours without mentioning a time frame. I’m waiting for more than 48hours with a technician. It’s best to give your consumers a time frame on when the technicians would arrive. Just blindly saying within 48hours is a horrible policy from a customer point of view. I would like to return the tv. Please process the necessary forms. My friends who bought other brands have got it installed with on 12 hours. I also have no more time to wait for your technician to come whenever they have time.

I purchased LG OLED on 14 April it was supposed to be installed till 16th April, but technician did not turned up after taking basic information, My LG. washing machine is in waiting to be delivered. This was my first LG product and it turned out to be a pathetic experience, during the purchase I informed sales team as I am working in delhi and I have to travel a lot, I won't be available at my place before 9pm Monday onwards so please ensure installation max by 16 April and team Promised me it will be done which turns out to be a lie. I am highly dissatisfied with service and don't want to be further victim of such false promise, I request you to let me know cancellation process of both of purchased product ( LG OLED and Washing machine.
