[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Installation delay

The LG showroom on Hyderabad is making me wait for the 3rd day today. They keep delaying saying on 1-2 hours without mentioning a time frame. I’m waiting for more than 48hours with a technician. It’s best to give your consumers a time frame on when the technicians would arrive. Just blindly saying within 48hours is a horrible policy from a customer point of view. I would like to return the tv. Please process the necessary forms. My friends who bought other brands have got it installed with on 12 hours. I also have no more time to wait for your technician to come whenever they have time.
