Despite this clear confirmation of the product's faulty condition, there has been no resolution so far neither a replacement nor a refund has been provided. I am extremely disappointed by the delay in resolving this serious issue.
I urge LG to take immediate action and arrange for a complete replacement of the air conditioning unit without further delay. I expect LG to uphold its brand reputation and commitment to customer satisfaction by replacing the entire defective unit promptly.
If this issue is not addressed within a reasonable timeframe, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum and relevant regulatory bodies.
