[Resolved]  LG Electronics — LCD TV Model 32 CG 80UR LCD LG - Problem in Sound - Previous Compalint No. RNA[protected]

I had purchased LCD TV Model 32 CG 80UR LCD LG vide receipt No. 1375 dated 23rd Oct., 2008. But due to use of approx. 5 years, it gives problem in sound. In this regard, I have lodged complaint with LG Customer Care ( RNA[protected]. After discussion, with the Mechanic and LG Supplier at Panipat (Haryana), they told that your complaint is closed due to discontinuation of part. Sir, in this regard you appreciate that LG is a good repute company and million of customer have faith with LG. But I know to surprise that being LG Repute Company has discontinued that part. Being a middle family, no one can purchase a new television after a gap of five years. Sir, my request is that please look into the matter personally and my above said complaint may be sorted out without any further delay for which I shall thankful to you.
