LG Electronics — Led neither repaired nor replaced

I had bought the led in october 2020 and i buy amc(extended warranty) from lg service zone at 31st january 2022 and i paid 12000 rs to manoj kumar phone pay no( [protected]) (screen shot attached) from phone pay no- [protected] utr no[protected]. He said your led warranty is extended. He did not provide any amc document/paper in physical form. He said you will get text msg on your mobile number but still i did not got any amc(extended warranty) msg. Then in april 2022 i got problem in my led and i coplained in lg call center to provide service. Complain no-rnp[protected], it has been more than three months they have not repaired/replaced my led . I also called lg custome care many time but they said contact service centre and service centre (manoj kumar) he is not picking up my phone. #rnp[protected] & docket no- 3604557.
