I bought 1 ton split AC in the month of Nov. 2021 and hardly used 15-20 days in month of April 2022 and then stopped working. I have raised concern with LG service center on 7th May 2022. The request number is RNP[protected]. Almost 11 days gone but still the issue is not resolved. Also raised same concern through LG website but no impact. Service guy saying every day that issue will resolve tomorrow.
LG's after sales service is worst what I observed now. Even their technicians are not fully trained to find the issue and resolve immediately.
I request to all AC buyers, please don't purchase LG product as their products are faulty and after sales service is worst. Was this information helpful? |
LG is a company working under influence of Korean ways & means and don't bother Indian laws or acts and more surprisingly PMO or Ministry of Consumer Affairs or NCH willfully avoid to intervene to help & support the customer rights duly managed by LG under its tuning & influence of money & muscle power taking advantage of gap between NCH Vision, NCH Mission on Mobile App & NCH functions and provisions of CP Act, 2019. By this way LG dare to suppress & crush the customer rights without any fear of GOI machinery getting full support from PMO, Ministry of Consumer Affairs and NCH by willfully and arbitrarily ignoring customer rights & requirements. Very sorry to offer such UNFORTUNATE comment and to show the real face of LG in its own mirror.
