Following is the complaint I have made many times and have received no response, thus jumping to the forum.

This is regarding the 360 VR that I bought alongside the mobile phone.
It is absolutely unbelievable thing that I cannot use it for anything i.e. it is a total garbage.
It has got no software update from the time I bought it and found it as a dump in my home.
I expect a software update from LG, as soon as possible to make any use of it.
Providing support like cardboard would make it somewhat useful.
If you guys expected us to buy lg cam 360 to make this VR useful, then ship it to me for free.
I am using lg mobiles from early days of android and expect some sort of goodwill gesture from the LG's side.
Also I have been trying to buy the B&O module for quite a while now and I'm unable to find one. Thus, I expect that to be shipped to me as well, since I bought this phone for it's modularity at the cost of 47000 INR which is not a joke for me!
This is my third complaint regarding this issue after which I will file a complaint against LG in the consumer forum.

The issue has been raised for more than 2 months and no resolution has been reached. This is not what I expected from the manufacturer of the phones I have been constantly buying from last 7 years.
Doesn't loyalty matter ?

I have been waiting for months now to get to a resolution.
Am i supposed to escalate the issue to higher degree ?
