Hello, i placed an 49'LG tv order from lotus showroom indore on 31 dec 2016 final payment done on 3rd jan 2017 tv has to be delivered on my home in ratlam tv delivered on 9th firstly it delievered to mhow insist of ratlam as they write the wrong addresse then after 3 days from mhow they deliverd it to ratlam ... after that when i ask them for installation they told me LG person come from LG service center he came at 5 o'clock n installed...

Customer service unable to respond. Keep asking me to send more emails. My complaint was first responded to on jan 3 2016. My complaint sent on website commenting on poor quality of instructions and production of manual which makes it impossible to understand anything clearly. Not at all user friendly. My LG LCD television display went blank and I had called LG Support who in turn directed the call to their authorized service partner " Click On Electronics".

The guys came (Syed and team) and told the Moitherboard needs to be replaced and had charged me INR 21000.00 with two year warranty. This was in 7 th November 2016.

The television started giving troubles again with lines all over, on 17 th December, 2016,...

We have purchased a LG washing on date 13.12 2016
Today suddenly it stop to work than i complaint and technician checked the same and told us that machine PCB need to change as this has faulty.

And than we asked him how it can happen they replied it may be some time.

And for charges he told us its a costly part.

Now we want it change without any changes or highly minimum charges....

I bought my LG 32 inch TV during Diwali -2016, and started to see a dead pixel in corner. I raised a complaint a week after - RNA[protected].
Its been 2 months since then, i tried to contact multiple people at LG and experience is very bitter. Recently, one more complaint have been raised on same issue - RNP[protected] and service guy screwed up existing sound control in my TV. Now, i have to use 100% volume...

LG confirms they received phone on 12/8/16 for repair. As of 1/4/2017 they cannot say when replacement will be mailed! I have spoken to multiple supervisors, logged over a dozen calls through the process and no one can provide an answer. I bought new LG air conditioner 1.5 ton on 27 november 2016.and asked for installation. after 7 days the technical guy have come and installed .when i asked to ON the AC, there was full noise coming out from indoor unit. technical guy has it is common but i didnt agree and asked to recheck. I bought a Lg tv from Jharia on 1/9/2015. Some hardware got damaged inside the LED tv sometime on July 2016 and was covered and repaired under warranty same time. Now the same hardware got damaged in Dec.2016 and the warranty has lapsed till now. We bought LG twin door, and its damaged one from beginning, allthough after many complains and repair they said that company will replace it in November 2014, but still that fridge in my house and no one come to take it almost after 2 years, Worst kind of experience with LG hence we decide to never buy and LG product onwards, but we lost our almost 1.2L on our fridge, they won;'t come even after consumer court order!!...
