LG Electronics — Lg 42 inch tv model number 42l85700-tb manufactured on aug 2012 and brought on 2013

I brought a LG 42 inch TV model number 42L85700-TB manufactured on Aug 2012 and brought on Feb 2013. I brought it for Rs.63500/- On May 2015 I got a shade kind of issue on my TV. When I contacted the customer care they told they will send a technician to check it up. The technician who came to check it told the complaint is due to a damaged chip in the panel of the TV. After that I contacted LG again and after a month time I got response from them telling they have stopped the production of that model and parts are not available. They told they will talk to their higher authority and will revert back. They I got a call from Mr. Sakir telling that they will either get panel changed for 25000 or will give me 19000 as depreciation amount for my TV as the production of that particular model stopped. I disagreed to that offer as I payed 63500 for the TV and now I have to pay again another 25000 for just getting it repaired. If the panel gets spoiled again after a year then another 25000 I have to pay for getting it repaired. Even If I buy another TV from LG taking 19000 as depreciation amount, I will have to pay above 25000 to buy a new one. After some months I contacted LG again as there was no response from them and registered a complaint to get the issue sorted. Then they told me that I will have to pay 30, 000 for getting the panel changed or they can buy another TV paying the lesser amount after the depreciation amount. I told then to give me the cash as I wish to go for some other brand. They rejected my request. Now on April 2017 I gain called them telling I will buy another model TV from LG if they can give me the depreciation amount. Now no one is responding to my complaints or giving any response to the complaint I registered with them. Complaint number : RNP[protected]. In such a case what should a customer do if the product he purchased gets complaint just after the guarantee time and if the company stops the production of the model he brought. Very poor customer service and poor service.
