Dear lg team,

We have purchased lg 4k led tv on 30 september 2016 s/n 60bplnb042215, from the day of installation 4k led tv has problem, after complaining on customer care they have sent engineer for repair, after his diagnosis the tv i replaced 2 motherboard but error not rectified, we are fed up of this unit. We are requesting you to please replace with new unit, our family members are not trust on this unit of led 4k.

As an reputed lg brand please look in the matter as early as possible before we take any action on this unit.
