I am writing to express my discontentment regarding your services. I own a lg air conditioner vide model no. Bsa18beyd thlg.in august 2018, i availed your services when my ac was diagnosed with gas leakage which was duely repaired. Now again same problem persists, due to fault in condenser as diagnosed by your employee. No such fault in condenser was mentioned in first instance of repairing. Consequently it makes no sense to charge for the same problem arising within brief stint of time due lack of proper diagonising of problem on your part, specially when warranty of condenser still persists.
Such type of instances are not at all professional and bring disgrace to the goodwill that lg enjoy among common masses. I request you to look into the matter promptly to provide redressal to your valued customer. Was this information helpful? |
