LG Electronics — lg company employee forgery complaint

Address:SNN Raj Greenbay, Electronic City Phase-2, Bangalore-560100

I purchased "lg 28 l convection microwave oven" on 23.09.2017 and filed a complaint of microwave not heating on 11.06.2020.
Lg service person named zeeshan visited our place on 12.06.2020 and changed magnetron. Inspite of informing him the purchased date and telling him that the magnetron should be under 4 years warranty, he insisted that the magnetron is not covered under warranty and i need to pay. He took the payment of rs. 2463 from me.
I checked my invoice wherein it is clearly mentioned "warranty: 1 year on product and 4 years on
Megnetron from lg". The invoice is attached herewith for reference.
I need the refund of rs.2463 charged for the under warranty part.
Please call me to discuss the same, in case of any query.

LG Company Employee Forgery Complaint:-
Mr. BALASUNDARAM R is the manager of the LG Service centre from where this forgery happenend. He discussed with me on 01.07.2020 and apologized for his mistake and assured me that I will get the refund in 1 week time as he has already discussed and concluded with higher management of LG, then extended to 2 weeks and now third week starting. He is still doing fraud by committing false statements.
My question is from LG company directly that when will I get my refund as your manager BALASUNDARAM R is just bluffing around with false statements.
