This is regarding lg complaint number rnp[protected].

I have submitted the compliant of my lcd on 3rd oct and no resolution yet.
I am daily call to customer care and always received single response that defective part ordered and part awaited. They gave me two contact no. Of service center but that number does not exist.
I would like to know what is the sla and by when i can except resolution since customer care not able to give me satisfactory response hence please help.
