Lcd tv remote control signal recever in tv stopped working within 3years and lg has not yet provided the part even after spending 30 days and with raising several tickets.

The tv stopped working as on 09-sep-2017. Raised a complaint via local vendor from whoom i purchased the tv to lg. Some one from lg service center came home and identified that the tv remote signal recevier has some issues and said he will replace the part. Till date he did not get part from lg. I raised 2 other tickects mentioned above and till date again same answer. Call center guy is not of any help as they say there only there to register the complaint. From last 30 days we dont have the tv and lg is the reason for this. A mfs company.

I hope to find some respite here as soon as possible.

    I have purchased a new lg refrigerator from rahul electronics mira road but the product was faulty since the purchase of date[protected]. Sales executive name - ramesh anuse, order no - ord1800227, voucher no - 1800247, invoice no - mrd/55, model code - gl-t322rhdx, item discription - lg310 ltrs refrigerator. Chassis no - [protected]hdzebn. Cost is rs. 30000/-. Payment dtls - csr[protected]/042017. Since then i have given several complaints in lg customer care and also in rahul electronic. Even i have complaint to mr. Shrikant, area sales manager ([protected]) but no response yet. Within 6 months, i am disrupted by lg product and its services for service center. More than 100 times i have visited rahul electronic, mira road, they just a technician to visit and repair from april onward every month technician has came to my house but the repair work is still pending. I fed up now and request to consumer forum to please refund my money or change the product of lg refrigerator. Within 6 months i harassed by lg product and also by rahul electronic, from the beginning to till date in my family every day problem is creating problem and nobody helped me yet. So i am requesting consumer forum to kindly look into this matter and resolve this incident at the earliest. I hope before deepawali, i assured that i am getting the brand new lg refrigerator or my hard earned money back from lg.

      I am writing this mail with regards to my oled curved 55' tv which stopped working suddenly on 30-aug-17.
      I raised a complaint with the service team in chennai (Request number: rnp[protected] and the technician names harish ([protected]) visited my house to address the complaint and said it a problem with circuit board.

      Next day the same service engineer checked and reported that the issue is not with circuit board but with the screen that must be replaced, also he checked for warranty and the tv is still under warranty hence he placed an order for screen part rnp[protected].

      Service engineer said that it will take 10 days times for the screen part to be fixed and when i called him and checked he said they don't have the replacement part and he said that i will be getting a replacement of new tv.

      I spoke to his team lead venkatesan on the status on the getting the replacement tv, he said the request has been placed and i will get a replacement tv as early as possible.

      Then i called the customer care to check the status they said one of the admin person will call to fix the issue.

      A person named sherif ([protected]) called me and said that my approval is still pending and will get in another 15 days of time. Rnp[protected] he asked me to choose a model and lg will provide the replacement.

      After 15 days i called sherif but there was no response from him and did not pick my call and then again, i called up the customer care and i complained about the same and they gave me another number (Subramanian manager) - ([protected]). When i called subramanian, he said he will verify the issue and callback in 10 mins, it has been 10 days now still i have not got any call from subramanian.

      Once again, i called the customer care and said the same to them as subramanian did not respond, now it’s been 1 month and 15 days still my issue is not resolved. Rnp[protected]

      I want to know as who is the next point of contact to get this issue fixed.

      I am not satisfied with the way lg team has handled my issue and i have been put into an embracing situation as i don’t have a working tv at home for a month and half now. My family is also suffering because of this as this was the only home entertainment for them. Lg must compensate for this loss. I hope lg management will help me getting this replaced. I paid almost 2.5 l for this tv and within 1 year 7 month i got this issue. During the time of purchase, i was promised that this tv will not have any issues for 10 years minimum and said it the fast-moving model but it failed i am not sure why they are making false promise and selling product to the customer, i will term this a day light cheating. I am completely not happy with lg.
      I hope this lg management team will consider this and do the needful at the earliest.

        I got ota update for oreo 8 for my nexus 5x and it got installed and updated w. O any problem. But in a month, yesterday my phone suddenly gone black and has not started since then.

        I'm able to reach recovery option but even after factory reset phone stuck on google logo and restarts.

        I had not faces any problem since i bought it online from amazon. This is happened suddenly!

        Not sure whom to blame.

          Dear sir it has been past 5 years we had taken a machine after a month we started having a prob with it and jab bhi vo service center m gayi aur khrab ho k ayi hamna bhoat spend kiya machine p pr hamesha vo khrab ho jati thi apka service center ki traf s hmari machine exchange hoyi h aur ab machine 4 months s service center m h vo hmari return nhi kr raha h unhona machine k mazak bna k rakha h agar meri prob slove nhi hoyi tu ii m sorry i had to take a serious action iwill do a case against u i need a new machine from u as it is a mistake on ur part kindly check by complaint on ur system slove my prob as soon as possible

            In a very dissapointing situation have to bring into context that i faced a misbehaviour of lg employee i had complained on the issue of my television and got a call from lg phone no [protected] he asked me the model number and i told him that again with a rude tone he said aur kuch ni likha hai i said what you want model number you asked and i gave what you want be specific he said mu dikhane aaynge kya jitna pooche utna batao if this is the way employees talk then i am sorry of having all my appliances of lg having a dignified post in politics and having industry i know whats good and whats offendable

            very very rude behaviour of an lg employee...i raised a complaint of my dishwasher that my crockery is coming broked from the machine and he keep me on hold for 2 days and giving me on instructions on phone instead of visit and said apko demo me nhi btaya kya ye sab... than he realised thte he is the one who give the demo and rudely said what i will i do to come and check, i explained you on a call do that. his name is dalchand and his ph no. is [protected] and he does so because he is the only service provider in alwar. so does LG does give them training on customer etiquette? highly dissapointed
            Today i visited LG showroom on Jalandhar City. One Salesperson was professional, but other, who is the fat man (i don't know his name) is continually abusing someone on the phone. Me and my wife there for enquiry of split A.c. and he is abusing someone front us and all others customers with loud voice. I mean that's really unprofessional staff you have like chaparri type, he has no etiquette of Salesperson and shameful human being. I was there for purchase 1.5 ton AI dual inverter 4 star ac and done already all formalities but hearing that vicious voice i changed my mind and leave showroom without any purchase. So my complaint is that get some professional trained staff not like chapri type, who don't know when and where how to react situations. you are reputed brand in india have some protocol or decent criteria to selecting Staff.

              Hi,

              I have a nexus 5x phone purchased in december 2015 from croma, kormanagala, bangalore. The phone is currently out of warranty.

              Got an update for oreo last thursday and from friday my phone is struck in booting loop.

              I took my phone to your service center in rajajinagar, bangalore on friday 29th september 2017 and they asked me to come back on monday 2nd october 2017 as they were closed for the weekend.

              They confirmed that the issue is related to the update that i did for my phone. They asked me to send them the purchase details and i have mailed them the same. They informed me that this could be repaired under warranty if they get an approval from lg.

              I was promised a call back but did not get any call back from service center at rajajinagar. Went back to the service center on wednesday 4th october 2017 and they said that i need to pay for the service. While checking with them also got to know that they have not checked the mail which was sent to them with the purchase details.

              Called customer care on thursday 5th oct 2017 and they said that i would be receiving a call back. Did not receive any update hence called back on 7th oct 2017, they again promised a call back no reply once again.

              Called back customer support once again and they gave the the area service manager no. Contacted rajkumar and he connected me to ashutosh kumar (Service manager - koramangala branch).

              Ashutosh was rude and did not answer my queries. He said that lg is different and google is different and since the software update was sent from google lg is not responsible for the repair and i need to pay for service.

              I need assistance from you people its more than a week now that ive been trying to get support and there is no support i purchased a high end phone but the kind of support i have got so far is far from satisfactory

              Request you to look into this and provide timely assistance

              Update 1:

              Received a call back from rajan from the customer support department. He informed me that the final call would be taken by rajkumar / ashutosh kumar since they were from the technical team and he would not be able to provide further assistance as he is from the customer support team. He tried to conference the call once again to rajkumar / ashutosh kumar. He was unable to reach them and he promised a call back once again.

              Update 2:

              Rajan called back once again and he conferenced the call with ashutosh kumar and he was very rude and did not provide any satisfactory answer and kept repeating that i need to pay for the repair.

              Finally he agreed to look into this issue and provided with an email id where we could send an email for him to check.

              This is really frustrating for a customer who has been a lg customer for so long and has other electronic equipment's as well from lg to be treated like this and taken for a ride.

              Ashutosh just wants me to pay for the repair and is not willing to even listen to the complaint and informed that lg is no way responsible for the repair as they did not send the update.

              Completely dissatisfied with the support provided so far. Provided with wrong email id ([protected]@lg.com) by ashutosh. Email id does not exist. Unacceptable behavior your team for providing wrong information to your customer.

              Please check, there are many people who are complaining about this issue and there have been instances where the phone has been repaired under warranty. Why are people still asked to pay. This is a defect and needs to be repaired under warranty.

                Hi there,
                I bought lg nexus 5x on dec, 4th 2015,

                Please find attached the invoice.

                My device is now affected by boot loop issue, i have verified it with lg service center. I've attached bill etc. Went to the service center. They are asking me to replace pcb for 10, 000 rs/-
                Why should i pay when lg devices are having boot loop issues and it is company's manufacturing defect.

                Also, when it is being repaired for free as per this article, then why am i being charged?:

                You are requested to kindly replace the pcb.

                And it's my request to service center managers that they don't come up with the excuse "that this issue is not reported in india". There are many cases all over the net, i request service managers to google it once before coming up with this. I know this cause my friend experienced a similar case with you guys and our company had lot of lg phones wherein they are bricked due to this issue.

                  05 - brand new air conditions were purchased in july 2017. Various complaints made cnp[protected] on dt 30082017 and gcp[protected] dt 23082017 and gcp[protected] dt 26082017 and cnp[protected] dt[protected] and gcp[protected] dt 30082017
                  Numerous compliants are made and are closed without getting satisfaction report from me and without my signature.
                  Reference to the above compliant numbers still my two faulty brand new air conditions supplied have not been replaced. The lg representative took the inner unit for repairs and brought back and installed the unit. Another unit was found faulty and replaced with a new one but installation is not done. Lg technicians have installed pressure meter to check and was supposed to come for installation after 48 hours. Its more than 10 days now no one has turned up.
                  Various phone calls made by me are disconnected and not attended. Its implied that the lg technicians are harassing us as we have asked for the replacement of the faulty units.
                  My newly painted walls new house are yet to be painted as your technician have smeared their dirty hands all over the walls while installing and repairing the new air condition. None of the technicians are wearing gloves and other gears while entering the house.
                  Let me know what i should do next.

                      Purchased in 2012 and my ac is covered under amc my ac had a cooling issue few days back i had called to customercare number and registered a complain of it but even after few days my problem was not resolved when i called them back to know the status of my complain they said that they do not particular part available therefore they will deduct some percentage of the amc amount and will refund me the rest of the amc amount my question to you is the amount which i paid for amc was not to get refund back i paid because i wanted to cover my product with lg company for any further issues its not my concern if you do not have that part available it’s your responsibility to either repair my product or give me a new unit of it

                        I have bought lg 43lj617t tv on 5th august 2017 now i am getting display problem in it. I have complained to lg customer care but i am not getting any proper response from anyone. I need replacement for my tv since getting issue within two months. I have complained to regional manager and area sales manager also but didn't get solution. I hope you will understand the problem and solve the issue immediately. I have never seen this type of service in any company and very worst service from lg. This is not good for lg which can not solve customer problems.

                        I hope you will take responsibility and solve the issue.

                          Hi team,

                          I purchased lg 42 lf6500 3d led tv last year in the month of april (Spent around 65k) and it was working fine until now and i was very satisfied with the quality of tv till date.

                          However, from past few days i have been facing issues while switching this tv on. It is not getting switched on in the first attempt but does gets switched on in the second one. My concern is with the warranty period which seems to have been over now (As its past 01 year).

                          As i have spent a fortune on this tv in the assumption and trust that i am spending my money on right brand and product, i request you to look into this issue at the earliest and as a goodwill gesture from lg, please waive off any charges (Which might incur in spare and services) as i am not in a position to invest more on this.

                            Refer below complaint raised on 26th sept, 2017 for details no person from your customer has done a follow up on my complaint nor i got any call from any personal of service centre.
                            When i used to call only be it ur customer care or to the service centre only thing they used to give is false assurance that it will be solved.
                            Now it's almost 22 days i did my 1st complaint. Only the prompt thing that the after service sales team did is that they sent there technician and collected the visiting charge of rs. 350 without doing a single penny work.
                            I don't understand why it is so difficult for a brand like lg to get th parts to be made available for the oven which is hardly 19 months old model.
                            Now if the service work is delayed by one more day due to any xyz reason then i want my oven to be replaced. I am not left with any other alternative.
                            Made a very big mistake by trusting an lg product.

                            My lg oven (Model no. Mc2844eb) it's keypad is not working from 2 week. When raised complaint (Rcn[protected], technician told the keypad need to be replaced, which will take maximum 3 days.
                            Today 1 week has completed, still there is no response from anyone, when called be it customer care, service office (Crystal air-cool), technician, area service manager (Mr. Vinod) everyone is telling to call other person, not giving any exact reason why the work is being delayed
                            My regular domestic work is badly affected due to this.
                            Pathetic after sale service from lg.
                            Please solve my problem.

                              Rnp[protected], was raised on the 27th of september 2017 and closed without providing the service on the 30th of september 2017. The comments by the service centre is, "customer has made the payment. Part pending". How can they close the complaint when they say the part is pending? Should the customer buy the part from elsewhere and then the service centre will provide their service?

                              Mr. Selvan, the area service manager is following the lines of the previous service manager, mr. Ajay with zero service and zero capability in handling customers. He was shouting and very rude to the customer instead of resolving the issue. What kind of managers have you got? Are you not capable of getting a good manager to serve your customers? How much is mr. Selvan paid by the service centre to stand by the service centre? There is definitely illegal financial dealing involved not to serve your customers, which can come to the limelight only when moved legally.

                              I was talking to mr. John das, the floor manager and he has asked me to take this matter to court. I want the senior management of lg to be aware of this and i will need your fax number to send the legal notice

                                My washing machine has still not been repaired inspite of numerous complaints. My first complain number is np[protected]. This complaint is almost a month old. Not getting a response i made a complain again on 29th september. Complain number np[protected]. The technician just comes and goes away saying they need permission to repair the machine from the company because some sticker on the machine is torn. I have the original bill which has all required details. If the sticker was so very important i should have been informed at the time of purchase. The company should have made a more durable sticker.

                                  Ipurchaged the lg refrigerater model gld372jhsldhs on 30thjune2016. It started giving problem in nov 2016 which was resolved by replacing mother board and the sensor panel. About one week back it again gives same problem of no cooling. I have got. Amc till 20.01.2020. Ihave complained but no body has attended so far.

                                  I purchaged above refrigerator on 30 june.2016 and the problem developed i. N november 2016 which was resolved by replacing mother board and sensor panel.. Again a week back the lo. Wer compartment does not cool and the freezer gradually gets with same problem. I am trying your customer care no[protected] which is always busy. Please try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Thanks

                                  I had purchased LG split inverter v AC md nu BSA18IMA from LG dealer Deepika Electronics nagpur on 3052015, but with in 2 1/2yrs requires change of condensor and gas refiling as reported by mec on 28/09/017 and around 10-12k expenditure will be required.
                                  Now cc ppl are saying there is only warranty of compressor for 10 yr else only one year.

                                    It is a complaint against lg company whose tagline is life's good but making there customer's life hell.
                                    I had purchased lg led tv on 25/09/2017.
                                    Since then i had been in contact with lg customer care for wall mounting of tv. Most of the time there systems are slow and when it is up customer care executives are down. They put you on hold and then disconnect the call. When you speak to supervisors regarding your issue he provides with wrong commitment that in 24 hours we will contact you. I had been waiting for that 24 hours for the past 96 hours but it did not come yet. I would request you to kindly instruct lg company to send someone for wall mounting. It is a simple process they need to fix the tv on wall not on mount everest.

                                      I bought a nexus 5x in november 2015. I have used my mobile for 20 months. Now i got problem, service centre people are saying that 18 months warranty is completed for my mobile. They ar saying motherboard is to be replaced which cost around rs 11000. I have a small question for lg support team, if issue is happening because of manufacturing defect how the customer is responsible??
                                      Why i should pay to fix manufacturing defect??

                                        I bought nexus 5x around 2 years ago and now it is suffering from boot loop problem.
                                        As the phone is not in warranty, lg wont't replace or repair it.
                                        We know that boot_loop is a well know hardware issue so the lg should look in to this matter seriously and care about customer service more properly.

                                        Please replace my phone or repair it for free.
