Hi,

I have bought lg 43lj617t tv on 5th august 2017 now i am getting display problem in it. I have complained to lg customer care but i am not getting any proper response from anyone. I need replacement for my tv since getting issue within two months. I have complained to regional manager and area sales manager also but didn't get solution. I hope you will understand the problem and solve the issue immediately. I have never seen this type of service in any company and very worst service from lg. This is not good for lg which can not solve customer problems.

I hope you will take responsibility and solve the issue.

    Hi team,

    I purchased lg 42 lf6500 3d led tv last year in the month of april (Spent around 65k) and it was working fine until now and i was very satisfied with the quality of tv till date.

    However, from past few days i have been facing issues while switching this tv on. It is not getting switched on in the first attempt but does gets switched on in the second one. My concern is with the warranty period which seems to have been over now (As its past 01 year).

    As i have spent a fortune on this tv in the assumption and trust that i am spending my money on right brand and product, i request you to look into this issue at the earliest and as a goodwill gesture from lg, please waive off any charges (Which might incur in spare and services) as i am not in a position to invest more on this.

    Looking forward for a positive response from team lg.

      Dear lg team
      Refer below complaint raised on 26th sept, 2017 for details no person from your customer has done a follow up on my complaint nor i got any call from any personal of service centre.
      When i used to call only be it ur customer care or to the service centre only thing they used to give is false assurance that it will be solved.
      Now it's almost 22 days i did my 1st complaint. Only the prompt thing that the after service sales team did is that they sent there technician and collected the visiting charge of rs. 350 without doing a single penny work.
      I don't understand why it is so difficult for a brand like lg to get th parts to be made available for the oven which is hardly 19 months old model.
      Now if the service work is delayed by one more day due to any xyz reason then i want my oven to be replaced. I am not left with any other alternative.
      Made a very big mistake by trusting an lg product.

      Dear lg team,

      My lg oven (Model no. Mc2844eb) it's keypad is not working from 2 week. When raised complaint (Rcn[protected], technician told the keypad need to be replaced, which will take maximum 3 days.
      Today 1 week has completed, still there is no response from anyone, when called be it customer care, service office (Crystal air-cool), technician, area service manager (Mr. Vinod) everyone is telling to call other person, not giving any exact reason why the work is being delayed
      My regular domestic work is badly affected due to this.
      Pathetic after sale service from lg.
      Please solve my problem.

        Rnp[protected], was raised on the 27th of september 2017 and closed without providing the service on the 30th of september 2017. The comments by the service centre is, "customer has made the payment. Part pending". How can they close the complaint when they say the part is pending? Should the customer buy the part from elsewhere and then the service centre will provide their service?

        Mr. Selvan, the area service manager is following the lines of the previous service manager, mr. Ajay with zero service and zero capability in handling customers. He was shouting and very rude to the customer instead of resolving the issue. What kind of managers have you got? Are you not capable of getting a good manager to serve your customers? How much is mr. Selvan paid by the service centre to stand by the service centre? There is definitely illegal financial dealing involved not to serve your customers, which can come to the limelight only when moved legally.

        I was talking to mr. John das, the floor manager and he has asked me to take this matter to court. I want the senior management of lg to be aware of this and i will need your fax number to send the legal notice

          My washing machine has still not been repaired inspite of numerous complaints. My first complain number is np[protected]. This complaint is almost a month old. Not getting a response i made a complain again on 29th september. Complain number np[protected]. The technician just comes and goes away saying they need permission to repair the machine from the company because some sticker on the machine is torn. I have the original bill which has all required details. If the sticker was so very important i should have been informed at the time of purchase. The company should have made a more durable sticker.

            Ipurchaged the lg refrigerater model gld372jhsldhs on 30thjune2016. It started giving problem in nov 2016 which was resolved by replacing mother board and the sensor panel. About one week back it again gives same problem of no cooling. I have got. Amc till 20.01.2020. Ihave complained but no body has attended so far.

            I purchaged above refrigerator on 30 june.2016 and the problem developed i. N november 2016 which was resolved by replacing mother board and sensor panel.. Again a week back the lo. Wer compartment does not cool and the freezer gradually gets with same problem. I am trying your customer care no[protected] which is always busy. Please try to solve the problem as soon as possible.             please take early action
            I had purchased LG split inverter v AC md nu BSA18IMA from LG dealer Deepika Electronics nagpur on 3052015, but with in 2 1/2yrs requires change of condensor and gas refiling as reported by mec on 28/09/017 and around 10-12k expenditure will be required.
            Now cc ppl are saying there is only warranty of compressor for 10 yr else only one year.

              This is pankaj yadav from jabalpur (M. P)
              It is a complaint against lg company whose tagline is life's good but making there customer's life hell.
              I had purchased lg led tv on 25/09/2017.
              Since then i had been in contact with lg customer care for wall mounting of tv. Most of the time there systems are slow and when it is up customer care executives are down. They put you on hold and then disconnect the call. When you speak to supervisors regarding your issue he provides with wrong commitment that in 24 hours we will contact you. I had been waiting for that 24 hours for the past 96 hours but it did not come yet. I would request you to kindly instruct lg company to send someone for wall mounting. It is a simple process they need to fix the tv on wall not on mount everest.

                I bought a nexus 5x in november 2015. I have used my mobile for 20 months. Now i got problem, service centre people are saying that 18 months warranty is completed for my mobile. They ar saying motherboard is to be replaced which cost around rs 11000. I have a small question for lg support team, if issue is happening because of manufacturing defect how the customer is responsible??
                Why i should pay to fix manufacturing defect??

                  I bought nexus 5x around 2 years ago and now it is suffering from boot loop problem.
                  As the phone is not in warranty, lg wont't replace or repair it.
                  We know that boot_loop is a well know hardware issue so the lg should look in to this matter seriously and care about customer service more properly.

                    I alongwith my brother bought 32 and 40 inch lg smart tv from bhoomi electronics, borivali on 29th september and your mechanic had visited on 30th september, 2017 for demo. I was told by the tv dealer that at the
                    Time of demo, the mechanic will hand over the tv wall mount, your mechanic either handed over the tv wall mount and told that only at the time of fixing the he can hand over the tv wall mount, please look into the matter and inform me accordingly.

                      I am pratik ahamed on half of mr humayun reja (My father) from vill-beldangi, p. O-dangram, p. S-itahardist-uttar dinajpur, pin-733125.
                      In 29/09/2017 i made payment for refrigerator (Lg gl - b201apox) from your reputed authorized dealer from malda (Raj electronics) but they deliver wrong product (Lg gl-b201apdx) and they made serious mistake by doing (Changes in my bill without taking permission from me. Thay made b201apox to b201apdx. O to d) intentionally. I am just astonish how some from reputed band distributor do such criminal act.
                      So being old lg consumer my request is please take necessary step otherwise i have only way to register case against dealer at consumer forum which make damage on dealer and also your company brand image.

                        Hello, i purchased lg water purifier (Lg wp roufuv 73jw) from your reliance digital showroom at phoenix market city, bangalore in april 2016. I had also purchased 2 years extended warranty for this product. For about 1 year there were no issues.in apr'17, the pressure pump got damaged which was replaced, the machine has been leaking (Sensor damaged) & the lg service person is in & out of my house almost every week to fix one issue or the other. Finally i had to even take an amc with afzal traders, kolar by paying additional rs.6500 so that they look into our issue without delays. I would have made atleast 10 complaints to lg directly & to reliance with one issue or the other. The water leakage issue continues & i have just switched off the machine & has not been using it. Looks like the product is faulty & needs complete replacement.

                          I am currently facing boot loop issue with my 1.7 years old nexus 5x phone and not getting support for lg's manufacturing defect. This is now well known issue. This means lg products are made to last only for an year or two and whatever money you invested in lg phones, home appliances and other products are waste and no guaranty last for more than 1-1.5 years.
                          Now the question is,
                          For the common boot looping issue with lg phones why lg did not recalled or provided support to its customer? Many companies do that to keep product quality and reputation.
                          I communicated many times on customer care number, visited lg service center - direct service center, thermax chowk, chinchwad, pune and also communicated with asm mr. Balaji (Mob-[protected]) but it does not helped me.

                            From the condition went worse and one fourth of the screen covered with green colour and we were not able see properly. Again we contacted the personal he asked us to pay for 9000/- more to replace the screen. Already i have paid rs. 4000 and if i pay rs. 9000 it comes to the cost of the new led tv.

                            The personal did not find out the problem correctly and made it messy. Hence he led problem to the original cost of the new led tv same model. Hence, i request you to rectify the problem in your own cost. It is your responsibility to rectify the same.

                            My lg nexus 5x turned off suddenly and its not turning on. I checked the lg service center they mentioned motherboard issue.
                            I could see many nexus 5x phones are affected with the same issue. During my visit 10 + members came for same issue and the only response is out of warranty

                              Dear sir/madam
                              As i requested for the service of my lg refrigerator (Making sound behind freezer), raised a complaint on 5th sep and the service guy has reached my residence after my several call to the customer care. After he reaches he found that sensor problem in the refrigerator. He informed me that sensor has to be replace. When he came it was working fine with the sound noise in the behind freezer. After he went refrigerator was not working for till date. After that i again raised the complaint no one turned up to service for 5 to 6 days. Later mr. Ere gowda came and checked and informed that sensor is not fitting so i have to check with the company. Later he went to the service office and informed to me that heater, sensor & compressor is not working. Again after 3 to 4 days mr. Dinesh called me and informed that parts cannot be repaired and he confirmed that product can be replaced with the purchased amount + 10 % additionally to that. After next day he has informed me that cannot be replace the product with the agreed amount and told me that it can be done on depreciation basis.
                              As per my knowledge i have not asked them to replace the product first thing, they have initiated and taken the model number and agreed to replace. Finally they not giving any reports to me which has been done and not giving in writing to me which has agreed.
                              Not even sharing the email id or number of any service head to escalate.
                              This is against the policy and no proper response from the service team.
                              This has to be sorted on priority. It is almost 22 days over. Still not been resolved.
                              They trying to escape from the complaint.
                              Service people are telling that now company has told that not to repair the product and convincing for depreciation.

                              Request you to resolve my issues and further also it should not happen to the other customers also.

                                I am m. Kasi govinda rao, from anakapalle of visakhapatnam from andhra pradesh state. I have taken one 5.5 kg lg washing machine on 14.08.2014 with code no.[protected] of s. No.[protected]. At present machine is not working. I have given complaint to customercare on 12.09.2017. After 5 days one service engineer came and told that mcb is not working, you have to change new one.. Its cost near about rs.6500. I told him to order it and replace. He says with in 2 or 3 days we replace it. As on today no response from him. We are facing problems due to unrepair of washing machine. Daily we are calling to him, today will come, tomorrow will come, like that playing. But no use.                                   This is to bring to your notice that we bought a lg 65 inch ultra hd led tv model no 65la9700atr on 15th oct 2014 via invoice no arsindelajc14/13526. Further we signed an amc for the same on 15th oct 2015 for two years valid till 14th oct 2018. An amount of 15200 was paid for the same via cheque.

                                  Currently the tv has got some defect where a large black patch is appearing on the display. A complaint was launched on 13th sep with lg customer care via complaint no rnp[protected] but the same stands pending.

                                  Resolution awaited…

                                        I bought 3 lg air conditions from your kottayam shop on 29th august 2017 for my resort. Invoice number1042793, 1042788, and 1042778.
                                        We phoned many times to your shop and lg service centre [near aruthooty phone [protected]]for installing the same. Two weeks back one technician came and half of the work done by him and told us that he will do the balance by next day.. But he did not came yet. Eventhough we are phoning every one every day nobody is coming. No air condition is in working position.

                                        If this is the service of bismi and lg how can we trust you.
