LG Electronics — LG Dishwasher Repeated failure and poor after-sales service

Dear LG Electronics Customer Care / Global Support,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with an LG dishwasher I purchased less than one year ago, and with the way my case has been handled by LG service in Morocco.
Since December 17, I have been continuously facing the same unresolved problem. Your technicians have intervened multiple times, and each time a different part was replaced, without solving the issue. Recently, the dishwasher was taken away for more than one week, then returned to me with exactly the same problem.
It is important to clarify that this dishwasher has had issues since the very first months o[censored]se. Approximately three months after purchase, the display panel was already replaced. Despite all these interventions, the appliance has never functioned properly or reliably.
I chose LG over other brands because of its reputation for quality and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing. It is unacceptable that an appliance that has not even completed one year o[censored]se causes so many breakdowns, repeated repairs, stress, and inconvenience.
I am no longer satisfied with this product, nor with the after-sales service I have received so far. The repeated repairs, delays, and lack of a definitive solution have caused me significant frustration and loss of trust in the brand.
I am therefore requesting a serious and final intervention from LG at a global level, and a fair solution to this matter, as continuing with endless repairs on a defective product is not acceptable.
I look forward to your prompt response and to a concrete resolution.
