I purchased a 3-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for my LG Split AC from EBR Enterprises, an LG-authorized service provider. However, LG’s system falsely reflects only a 2-year AMC, ending in January 2028 instead of January 2029.
Despite providing all supporting documents—including the original AMC card, the new incorrect card, and purchase invoices—LG has failed to correct the record.
Multiple follow-ups over 21 emails have yielded no resolution.
The dealer, EBR Enterprises, has also been unresponsive, raising serious concerns about fraudulent practices and lack of accountability.
Member from EBR called to cancel the AMC instead of owning the issue.

• Cheating and misrepresentation of AMC duration.
