[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Lg electronics lg g4 h815 boot looping

I have a lg g4 mobile and it has started showing the boot loop issue. Lg has accepted that it is a hardware issue on their end and they will repair the affected ones. I went to a lg service center to get it fixed but they refused to take it since i didn't have the purchase receipt. Since, lg has publicly accepted the manufacturing defect, i don't know why the service center requires a purchase receipt to prove. I have been a loyal lg customer and this is my 4th mobile phone. I always had trust in lg and such behavior makes me lose confidence in them,
