Purchased lg fridge from harsha'ajjarkad, udupi on[protected]. They have supplied me defective set. Leakage of water is there at the bottom in front side of the fridge. The service provider of lg company has visited on[protected] and told that the set is defective and needs replacement. Online complain with the lg company was registered on[protected] and the complaint acknowledgement no. Is cn[protected]. Now i lost faith in lg company. The service center technician mentioned that the motherboard is damaged since it cannot detect different HDMI ports. However, it seems LG no longer manufactures this part and it is not available in stock. This is really bad customer service and after sales service provided by LG.
