[Resolved] LG Electronics — LG Fridge

I had booked to repair my LG fridge on 27th Jan22 for no cooling issue and it has still not been completed.They checked for leaks in the coil(4th Feb22). They were not able to find any leak in the coil but they still told that there may be a problem with the coil and until today 9th feb22 they are only saying that they do not have the parts to replace. The fridge is only 4 years old. LG!! if you are not able to provide parts for fridge that was only bought 4 years ago how can we trust you with service???... I registered a call on 27th jan(RNP[protected] and still I’m running my family without a fridge for the past 14 days!!. I’am highly dissatisfied with such poor service from LG. Update: the LG service person came on 15/2/22 and changed the cooling coil but the problem of the fridge not getting cooled still exists as of this time. As already said in my previous post there was no leak found in the cooling coil, yet they went on to change it and took more than 14 days to get the parts and still the problem exists. Now they are suspecting the compressor which is under warranty . CANNOT BELIEVE A 4 YEAR OLD FRIDGE HAVING COMPRESSOR FAILURE!!!...

After this no word yet from any of them, I called them yesterday and they said they will check and come back and God only know when that's gonna happen!!!...

LG this is not expected from you as a kind of wrong diagnosis from the start even after me asking why they are changing the coil when they're is no leak...I trusted your technical expertise and now I'm sorry I made this decision
