During April-2014, we bought 47" LED (47LN5400) of LG brand with 1 year warranty, now it has been 1 year 6 months and stopped working. When we logged a complaint, service executive visited and identified the problem with panel which will cost me around 30, 000 just because it is out of warranty. The said cost is almost 50% of the total TV cost, within 6 months after just completion of warranty period this much expensive repair is not bearable and acceptable. It seems the product's life itself just 1 year or 1.5 years. Requesting you to look into this and take necessary action. Was this information helpful? |
